They also had a large variety of items and if you were looking for something in particular, they are more than happy to order it to the store. Speaking of the staff, they were all very helpful and wanted to make sure your experience here was seamless and easy. The store itself was very clean and well organized. The prime rib was for my birthday dinner so my husband left his phone number with them. He received a call later that day asking if the prime rib should be fresh or frozen. They wanted to make sure it did not get frozen if it was being used right away. He advised fresh and commented at what good customer service it was to make the distinction. We went together for pick up. The person who helped us when through the entire smoker bundle to show us the contents and then got the rib roast. Everything was well packaged and arranged. Even though it was the Friday before a religious holiday, and many folks were picking things up, it did not take long for us to get our order, pay and be on our way. The meats we have received both on this order and in the past have always been high quality. Edwards is an excellent butcher shop.

Hidden behind a Starbucks and Enterprise rent a car but no issues finding a parking spot. They have eight or ten directly adjacent but unfortunately square between two speed bumps. That's a city design thing though so no reason to mark the market down for that. Prices seem fair for what you're getting. I'm sure for any specialty items you can speak to staff and have it ordered in. Or they can suggest a similar market that would have your request in stock.

Can't believe I haven't dropped a review for Heinie's Market. This is THE market for natives to get…read moretheir green chilis. I'm not a native but I got this tip from a native - her family has been coming here for decades to get their box of green chilis annually. It sometimes can be hit or miss if you come later in the day, they could sell out on popular, in-season produce. I love their garlic bulb braids, get the one that has slightly purple tint on them, they are garlicky spicy and last a long time - perfect for the grill then smeared on toasty bread. I also have gotten delicious Hinman Pie in their freezer section, gazillion flavors of cheese curds, lots of local pickled food and delicious hot sauces. Service has always been great if I didn't know how to pick a type of produce - I'd get my questions answered. Love all the local items and non local items will be labeled as well. Overall just a great place to come check out while supporting local business. Stop by Edward's Meats before or after Heinie's for meal prepping too. Oh btw Heinie's also do Fall Pumpkins set up for photo ops too if you have little ones. Come get a pumpkin and take some photos, and pick up some produce while you're at it!
