Doesn't sound like the best business practice to be unavailable to the public when most people work at the same hours 9-5, with an hour lunch break at noon. I would think he could go BEFORE or AFTER the standard lunch break, because they would be closed by the time I get out of work. Had to drive down the street to the Walton location and a manager (Nicole) helped me open an account and brought my paperwork and signature card to my place of work. She totally went above and beyond to make up for the lack of professionalism at 14th Street.

We don't do a ton of banking with them, but with what we do it has been good. This location is one of my favorites because it is a drive thru haha. When it is too cold or too hot or I just don't feel like getting out of my car, it is great. The customer service has always been friendly and efficient here. I've gone before when there is a line, but is always moves relatively fast. There are multiple lanes, but one of them is an ATM only.

they probably will not publish this review because I can see that they've only published two…read morereviews and they're probably both five star reviews so you're probably not getting the real honest review from people, but I can tell you from my experience. They are not a bank to be trusted they close my account after a year of being with them or several years and then made it extremely inconvenient for me to open a new account and deal with my disability check. I have been medically disabled since 2009 and I would only ask for support and non-discrimination when dealing with a person of disability, but that's too much to ask for at this bank.
