Been living here almost two years now.love it. The staff and maintenance grew are great.Regina,Dee,and Macy are fantastic. The maintenance guys are great,all of them. Put in a work order and they come the same day. I am hard of hearing and they know this,told them to just come in. They always called my name when they reach the top of the stairs cause I can't hear the doorbell. They are a terrible place to rent ..I advise anyone to not deal with them ..they tell you they run your credit they don't, they have you to send paycheck stubs to say you don't work there and they are not valid stubs, they run your credit if you have a great credit score they charge you three times the rent..first they tell you on deposit amount then tell you something else...THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES AND I AM GOING TO THE REAL ESTATE DIVISION ON This Company so they can be investigated...I had to give them a one star but they deserve NONE...NOT A ONE read more

I just recently moved to the complex, I was at first hesitant because of the most recent review and what it entailed but decided to move forward after dealing with the office staff for some time, driving the complex and looking at my apartment. The exterior is well kept for the most part, and office people are sweet, professional and helped me from start to finish. Didi even took the time to help me find movers, she is a gem, so friendly and knowledgeable, she really made the move so easy. I am in love with my apartment, cant wait to decorate. My experience with these apartments has really been extremely well. The people are a pleasure to work with, and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't really answer the phone. DeeDee and Matt/Ryan have been so easy to work with and talk to. They really are part of the reason I've enjoyed living there The layouts are very unique and beautiful. I loved my high rise ceiling it brought so much light into the living room and the vaulted ceiling and Fan in the main bedroom were just Luxory. I absolutely LOVED my closet space it was more than enough room for everything I had and had a garage. The place was just beautiful and I am going to miss it. Moving out was so stressful but Arzano made the experience a bit stress free and i will never forgot the patience and accommodation while moving. I truly feel they went above and beyond. In my particular unit i had a really bad issue with crickets. When i first moved in May of 2019 it was no problem but later on it became like an infestation. I had to continue letting the exterminator come over and eventually it stopped, but i believe it was the weather change, toward the end of my move out after not seeing them for a while a few started to appear so i was very happy to be leaving when i did. I got used to it, but it was a total nightmare when it was happening and one of the reasons i wanted to leave. A lot of other tenants haven't had the issues that I've talked to which was good. Arzano apartments have been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team is fabulous, and when any problems arise, they are very promptly and kind. They are real wizards, especially Dylan and Carvin. They are always there when needed, providing excellent customer service. They always go above and beyond. They are truly appreciated and are an asset to the team. They really maintain everything inside and out to keep the property looking pretty. A friend of ours who used to live here recommended we come take a look. We're a little early as our current lease doesn't end til October, but this is definitely a consideration for us. We'll be checking back closer to that time but it's nearly the top of our list. The office staff was quite kind. Great staff, all very helpful and polite. Maintenance responds quickly and fixes any issues we have had. DD the manager is a pleasure to work with, she is friendly and knowledgeable and when I had an issue with my apartment, she listened, took the time to come out and view herself, and handled the issue. The office is usually busy, it is on a busy street but the office people, especially Ryan & DD have always made me feel important. These people deal with a lot, I have witnessed a few situations and I can say they handled it better than I would. I appreciate everyone, my leave is bittersweet because I'm not sure that where I am relocating will be anything like this, thank you for a great 4 years. read more

I lived at the Arzano Apartments for a year and moved out in March. I couldn't wait to get out of there! The first problem was the parking! They give you a numbered spot on your lease, but there are no numbered parking spots. It's every man for himself and if you come home late, don't expect to park anywhere near where you live. I've had to park by the office or behind my building sometimes and it's scary at that time of night. Then you have the random people parking stolen cars here. I notified the office (Natalie) of two guys dropping off a car without plates and she said that they had to tag it 3 times before they could do anything about it. Well, the car sat there for 2 weeks and was never tagged. The guys finally came back and got it at around week 3. Then there are the homeless people going through the trash because the office leaves the gate open during their business hours. Worst of all are The Bugs! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH CRICKETS! I would kill 25 to 30 CRICKETS in my apartment a day! I called the office and they would send the exterminator out, but he only came once a month. I would be fine for about a week and a half, then they would be back in full force! This went on from about April/May until Oct/Nov. I was completely miserable! I would spend about $30 a month on those sticky Cricket traps. I would have to listen to them click and clack until I removed the traps in the morning! Every once in a while I would have those big Cockroaches! Before I go, let me not forget the dog poop! People walk there dogs and don't clean up after them! Natalie had the audacity to ask me to follow them to see what apartment they lived in or take a picture of them with their dog so that they could figure out who they are. OH, AND NATALIE USES THE WORD "SWEETIE" IN A VERY CONDESCENDING WAY WHEN YOU SAY SOMETHING THAT SHE DOESN'T AGREE WITH! I HATED THAT!!!!! IF YOU AREN'T DESPERATE FOR AN APARTMENT, DON'T MOVE HERE! read more

They have apartments listed for 1600 which is why I applied, but after I applied they told me they had no more at that price range and the same apartment was now 1900 since the pricing changes daily and they refused to honor what I applied for. They didn't call me until 3 or 4 pm, knowing they have a 24 hour limit on refunds, then didn't get back to me for a couple days. The manager Dee Dee Martin is who I dealt with. She acted nice and helpful upfront but was just setting me up! I'm still looking for a place to live and have to deal with these people trying to charge me 500 for absolutely nothing! When it comes to maintenance in this complex Dylan is by far top notch. there is nothing he won't do to help you with the issue at hand. I have had him for a few different issues and there isn't a problem with him getting it taken care of, EVER. He has a great attitude, extremely polite and courteous while he is working. I have to say when I walked into Arzano, the staff greeted me with smiles, it made me feel good, because the last couple of places they were not so friendly. They were very friendly they answered all of my questions, I had a tour with Macy, she was a delight, she did tell me she was new; however, she did an amazing job. I also met the Assistant Manager, and The Manager, they were just as wonderful, and helpful. I love all of the amenities that they offer, especially the pool. The 2-bedroom layout is perfect for me. I definitely have this property at the top of my list! One more thing it is just minutes away from the freeway, and a beautiful church. read more

We have been very happy living here, a few minor problems such as DOG POOP in my yard I don't own a dog for this reason, but a few people seem to think it's ok to walk their dogs in the back by our apt to poop since no one sees them. Trash out side most of the time. Most of the office personnel is good, Making me take my plants out of the kitchen window, yet when I walk around I see crap in the windows of other tenants and trashy porches. Maintenance is good, usually has our stuff fixed before I get home. Dee Dee and the whole crew are really awesome!! They are always willing to help out when we need them. read more

BEWARE. I moved in almost 2 months ago and it has been hell ever since. After being approved and given a lease to sign I was then told they wanted 3 months rent up front... THE DAY I WAS MOVING IN ! After moving in I noticed that the toilet in the master bathroom would constantly make a flushing sound. Super loud every 15 minutes. I requested for it to be fixed the day I moved in as well as about 10 times after and almost 2 months later they have come in to "fix" the problem twice, and one of the times I watched on my camera as the maintenance guy walked around my house without even going into the bathroom once. This loud flushing sound wakes my daughter and I up every 15 minutes at nights & no one cares to fix it. UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A BUG INFESTED APARTMENT DO NOT LIVE HERE. Along with the toilet I have requested pest control multiple times because there's all kinds of bugs in here. My daughter just fell and hurt herself running from bugs. She's scared to go home in the days because of these bugs which is ridiculous ! My next phone call is a lawyer, this place is absolutely ridiculous. Nowhere near with the money. read more
