2/17/2026 UPDATE: We are getting ready to move out of state…read moreand wanted to share an update as we first moved in in 2022. PROS and WINS: -Chyla and Courtney have been here since we moved in and have ALWAYS been helpful. They're always quick to respond and do everything within their power to address issues and needs that come up. -Albert (one of the maintenance team members), he's SO NICE and always helpful and quick with repairs. There's a newer maintenance team member who does a fantastic job. He's always outside picking up any loose trash and repaired our washer quick. -The grounds were clean when we first moved in and have felt that way the entire time. Of course you have neighbors who don't pick up after their animals. But I honestly think it's gotten better. - The community spaces are always clean. It was so nice having the coffee machine in the community lounge. I really wish they would've replaced that. -They always do monthly community events. They're cute and it's fun to walk over and stop by. -The Bend outdoor shopping center has really developed and fully went up since us moving in! It's so fun to have a coffee shop, food options, workout spaces, UPS, gas, etc all within a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. -our carpet was fully replaced prior to our move in and on both renewals we were given a carpet cleaning voucher, so that's fun! Feedback: -I noticed the side gate tends to be opened and not latch closed. This has been reported and the front office has said it's been repaired, but it continues to randomly be unlocked. Truthfully, I just got tired of reporting it was broken. But I fully believe if I would've mentioned again, they would've looked into it. -Would love for the coffee machine to have been replaced. We loved going to the community center to play Monopoly Deal and grab a coffee when there was a machine there. Advice for future tenants: -The walls are THIN and the stairs are hollow. Our layout was in building 14 on the ground level and our master room wall is shared with the stairs. And every single neighbor above us STOMPS so loud. If you are a light sleeper, I would highly suggest not opting for a layout where the master wall is shared with the outside stairs. -Ask for bug spray in the warmer months. We did our own bug spray inside our unit but I believe you can ask for more outside. -Be a good neighbor. Pick up after yourself in the gym and pick up after your animal. Respect the shared community spaces. -Honestly if we were not moving out of state we would've renewed because overall we enjoyed being here! Review from 4/2023: So far, my experience with Solana and the leasing office has been better than I could've I asked for! And we toured 4 places in one day and nothing matched the experience we had here. We literally started our tour day with Jody at Solana, went to tour other places and came back same day to apply. The moment my partner and I walked in we were greeted and made to feel like family. Jody was AMAZING. She had so much energy and passion about her job and it really sold the place. We were pleasantly surprised about the property, i personally think the photos don't do the place justice. Pros: -armed guard at all times -24 hr maintenance ON SITE -fitness center is clean with a variety of equipment -pool looked cleaned and maintained well -we toured the grounds and looked to be maintained well Cons(more so outside of Solona control): -next to freeway (not a deal breaker for us, but you really can hardly tell -area still in development stages. I am extremely…read moredisappointed by the cleanliness condition of the property and the standards set forth from the management team since moving in. To begin in no particular order, there is nearly zero cell service around the entire property, including within the apartment and common areas. This holds true to multiple phone carriers- AT&T, T-Mobile, and probably Verizon. This sentiment is shared by many residents. There is the capability of using WiFi calling or FaceTime audio, however this is not applicable with calls to or from businesses or work calls that use LAN lines, and also does not work with android devices. This is immeasurably inconvenient and can impede business calls or emergencies. I have also been woken up many times by construction workers sitting directly outside my bedroom window, leaning against it or the wall directly- talking, eating, or on break at various hours throughout the morning. This is startling, inappropriate, and an invasion of privacy. This complex is extremely disappointing as a dog owner. The dog relief areas outside of the buildings are never cleaned. It strongly smells of urine for this reason. There is also feces that has not been cleaned for 2 weeks, and I'm sure will remain there indefinitely or until rain. I do have multiple timestamped photographs showing the duration of time it has been present and unattended to. Unfortunately, there are multiple other cleanliness issues here. The communal clubhouse fridge has filthy brown food residue that has also not been cleaned (I also have timestamped photos, some of which I've posted showing the duration it has gone without any upkeep or cleaning). Additionally, the common area carpet in the hallway leading to the apartments has a huge black stain about 40ft long that, again, has not been cleaned or addressed. One of the more disappointing issues was the inaccurate sq footage listed for my balcony. I was shown another unit in the same building several doors down with a balcony that I was pleased with. The particular unit I wanted several doors down was unable to view at that time per the leasing team. However, the website listed them both with the exact same sq footage. When I moved in, I discovered that my balcony was significantly smaller in comparison to the others despite displaying the same sq footage online. I consider this extremely misleading and a form of false advertising. I have written two emails to two separate active email addresses provided to me by the office and have never received a single email response back. It's been about a month. Only when I physically go to the office repeatedly do I get any sort of communication, which is minimal at best. All of my mentioned issues are current, active, and no solution has been offered.

We've really enjoyed our time here, and our experience with the new team has been great. Lashonda and Leasing Manager Martin were amazing throughout the whole transfer. They were very helpful, explained everything to us, and made sure everything went smoothly. We did have a few maintenance issues when we moved into the new apartment, but honestly, they were taken care of right away. Martin, the Maintenance Manager, and his team have been fantastic. They are friendly, responsive, and really seem to care about taking care of the residents. Parts and replacement appliances were ordered without any hesitation, and the issues were handled in a reasonable amount of time. It's been nice seeing the changes with the new team, and I'm really happy with how things are going. We chose to stay here even though we downsized, and I'm glad we did. We're looking forward to seeing all the improvements and changes coming to Ely at the Gramercy! Thank you to Lashonda, Martin, and the entire team for making our transition so easy!

It looks like they are still accepting new tenants, but those that are currently there are: Couve Specialty Coffee, Pinches Tacos, Anima by EDO, and the coming soon Hedary's Mediterranean. It's a wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy lunch, have a cuppa coffee, or take a short stroll around with your pup.

That said, my only negative experience was with the HOA office during move-in. The woman working there was extremely unhelpful, and I actually ended up stuck in the parking garage for an hour before finally getting my keys -- something that only got resolved because the owner I was renting from stepped in. Definitely frustrating, especially since the issue was over something as simple as cannabis (which is legal in Vegas). Aside from that, I really enjoyed my time here. The property itself is well-kept, the location can't be beat, and if you want downtown living with amazing views, The Ogden delivers.
