2/17/2026 UPDATE: We are getting ready to move out of state and wanted to share an update as we first moved in in 2022. PROS and WINS: -Chyla and Courtney have been here since we moved in and have ALWAYS been helpful. They're always quick to respond and do everything within their power to address issues and needs that come up. -Albert (one of the maintenance team members), he's SO NICE and always helpful and quick with repairs. There's a newer maintenance team member who does a fantastic job. He's always outside picking up any loose trash and repaired our washer quick. -The grounds were clean when we first moved in and have felt that way the entire time. Of course you have neighbors who don't pick up after their animals. But I honestly think it's gotten better. - The community spaces are always clean. It was so nice having the coffee machine in the community lounge. I really wish they would've replaced that. -They always do monthly community events. They're cute and it's fun to walk over and stop by. -The Bend outdoor shopping center has really developed and fully went up since us moving in! It's so fun to have a coffee shop, food options, workout spaces, UPS, gas, etc all within a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. -our carpet was fully replaced prior to our move in and on both renewals we were given a carpet cleaning voucher, so that's fun! Feedback: -I noticed the side gate tends to be opened and not latch closed. This has been reported and the front office has said it's been repaired, but it continues to randomly be unlocked. Truthfully, I just got tired of reporting it was broken. But I fully believe if I would've mentioned again, they would've looked into it. -Would love for the coffee machine to have been replaced. We loved going to the community center to play Monopoly Deal and grab a coffee when there was a machine there. Advice for future tenants: -The walls are THIN and the stairs are hollow. Our layout was in building 14 on the ground level and our master room wall is shared with the stairs. And every single neighbor above us STOMPS so loud. If you are a light sleeper, I would highly suggest not opting for a layout where the master wall is shared with the outside stairs. -Ask for bug spray in the warmer months. We did our own bug spray inside our unit but I believe you can ask for more outside. -Be a good neighbor. Pick up after yourself in the gym and pick up after your animal. Respect the shared community spaces. -Honestly if we were not moving out of state we would've renewed because overall we enjoyed being here! Review from 4/2023: So far, my experience with Solana and the leasing office has been better than I could've I asked for! And we toured 4 places in one day and nothing matched the experience we had here. We literally started our tour day with Jody at Solana, went to tour other places and came back same day to apply. The moment my partner and I walked in we were greeted and made to feel like family. Jody was AMAZING. She had so much energy and passion about her job and it really sold the place. We were pleasantly surprised about the property, i personally think the photos don't do the place justice. Pros: -armed guard at all times -24 hr maintenance ON SITE -fitness center is clean with a variety of equipment -pool looked cleaned and maintained well -we toured the grounds and looked to be maintained well Cons(more so outside of Solona control): -next to freeway (not a deal breaker for us, but you really can hardly tell -area still in development stages. Looks like more food and stores are in the process of being built. BUT there's an ikea nearby!! Overall, we're really excited for our move and have high hopes about this property read more

I moved out of solana March of 2019. My overall stay there was nice. The office managers were pleasant unlike some places I've stayed at. At the time the apartment complex was pretty new. Nice pool and common area downstairs. My issue is now and would like to share this for those who are staying here and eventually plan to move out. Take photos of everything. Request to have a walkthrough with one of the office managers prior to moving out. If they decline, INSIST on having it done. I am currently refinancing my home and come to find out that they have charged me about $1000 which was sent to collections and is affecting my credit. I left the apartment immaculate and even had cleaners come. I don't even know now what they charged me for but I can only assume it's something to do with cleaning. I don't know why how some of these apartments are so shady in their work. Beware before you move out!! read more

Solana is more than an Apartment Home. It is a community and you truly feel part of Solana's community with their warm and welcoming staff. The community is quiet and safe. The amenities are clean and never crowded. I love that I can walk out of my front door, walk across to the gym or take a luxurious swim in the pool! On your way to use the amenities, it is exceptionally nice to be greeted, by any one of the staff, by your first name! It's wonderful, I feel safe, known and appreciated! I would highly recommend Solana to ANYONE. I'm not just saying this, I've encouraged and helped friends move into this community. Thank you Solana for making my experience as a resident, so joyful. (Edit) After canceling because of the missing garage below, I was contacted by the manager Annette.  She and her team are working to get the website updated and I have to say they have been amazing.  She realized I already had movers lined up and offered to stay in touch with me on a daily basis to find a place with a garage.  Took some time, but she removed all stress from the process by staying in touch daily not matter what and giving me certainty.  I can't say enough about her.  I can't wait to move in now. read more

We recently moved to Solana Apartments. A main reason was that we trusted the manager Annette . We lived in another much higher priced place she used to work and know her to be very nice and professional. The community has a great set up and when we saw she was a manager we felt it would be well kept and professionally run. The rest of the staff is friendly and we are very happy with our move. We really enjoyed having the garage option as part of our new residence we have found this to be a very pet friendly neighborhood. read more

Please DO NOT go here if you're looking for a rental. The worse experience I have ever endured in renting an apartment. The entire staff is utterly just horrible. The apartment managers do not take an accountability for absolutely anything. You can call the cops on your neighbors 10-20 times, it's somehow goes back to you. You can complain of dog barking, you are harassed yourself. This is the worst property in Vegas!!!! read more

We stopped by these apartments to check them out for possibility a future lease. Rudest and most unprofessional office person I have ever encountered. I don't understand how she is even employed here. Offered no help and didn't acknowledge us when we walked into the office. We had to basically beg for any information and any response from her was the absolute minimum. She would not even look at us. One would think that a leasing office agent would have to possess professional skills such as friendly, helpful, ready to assist and be knowledgeable. She gets a failing grade F! This review is overdue. Moving is stressful. Moving ACROSS the country is even more stressful and clearly one of the hardest things I've ever done. We found Solana Apartment Homes by accident as we were driving by to visit one of the neighboring communities. Our first meeting with the community director, Annette was very pleasant and brief. The office was closing soon and she had another couple she was helping but managed to answer all of our questions and even took us on a tour afterwards. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised! We had toured several communities in the area. What made us choose Solana? Price on point! The 2bd/attached garage with modern finishes was perfect for our needs. The amenities are incredible. The community is very clean. The landscape is beautiful. The location is so convenient to everything. It is a gated community which is important for us! But what really sealed the deal for us, was the professionalism of the office staff. Annette was extremely helpful the entire time even by emails or voicemails, she was always prompt! When she was not available, her assistant Ivonne was just as great and helpful. Right up to signing our lease, they made us feel like we were already part of this amazing community. We appreciate everything and we are so happy to call this place home! read more

Turn around do not pass go!! Beautiful place to live which is the only reason for 2 stars.. However nothing but a headache with leasing office they never know what's going on and don't communicate with each other. On top of the parking Leasing office parks in residential parking.. and we only have soooo many to spare. We've tried to pay for another space, it's not an option.. but have roommate style units.. so why not have roommate parking!!!!!!!! Not 420 friendly (even though it's legal to smoke in your home.) Hella kids at the pool which is funny because one of their selling points to my roommate and I was that there wouldn't be a lot of kids do to only having a maximum of two bedrooms available.. they have come into our apartment for multiple random inspections whether we are present or not to see if they smell marijuana. Brand new complex however Front doors are not sealed properly.. or the windows.. hot or cold air comes through.. and when apply ask them how big their units are.. they don't know lol and will measure it for you instead.. if you have a visitor coming to visit you for the weekend they must stay in your home or off property or else it's a problem. My family and I have been residents here since 2019. These apartments simple are not Luxury. My problems started when I upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. When I got to my new apartment the first thing I noticed was the crunchy carpets. Not only was the carpet used and worn down but their were nails poking out around all the areas the hardwood meets with the carpet. Along with condition of the carpets we cannot get hot water from our kitchen sink without having to run water for minutes at a time just get the temperature desired. There is pet feces all over the one little patch of grass Solana has on the south side of the property. But it get worse, there is feces that gets stepped on and ground into the sidewalks and when I complain it's takes days for them remove it. Like clockwork more poop always pops up and the maintenance will just walk right past it, until I have to complain again. They recently switched to a non smoking apartment but my neighbor in the building next door is always smoking cigarettes day and night. Stinking up the entire place. The complex has a serious roach problem from my experience living here I've got to talk to other neighbors and they all agreed they have a serious bug problem. When the summer months arrive so do the sugar ants, this year they were crawling in my master bedroom through a crack in the corner of my room, coming out the faucet of my bathtub, and through my door jam off the patio. This was a great place, until Annette left. Loved it, had a great business relationship with her. Two years and 20k of rent money later, this place has gone to looking like a refugee camp, mostly due to the negligence from the new manager, Sheila. Don't know where she got her real estate license, but it most certainly must have been from a cereal box. Maintenance requests went from a day or two turnaround to over a month. My garage door and breaker both took over 30 days to be addressed. After sending a picture of a used condom, with body fluids (a biohazard which was left outside for over 24 hours) in response to a rent increase email, she still had the audacity of affirming "well, if you're not happy here, we can write your 60 day notice". Love the non-existent professionalism in this office. After having sent a legal name change document in 2022, this change only got completed this year and only after Sheila asked me for proof of identification (which had been sent almost over a year prior) after pointing out that it had not been done yet. Imagine having to tell someone to do their job? Stairs are also not power washed in any frequency anymore. Glad to be gone. But if you enjoy filth and lack of maintenance, this is the perfect place for you! read more

I love Solana! I've lived here for a couple years, and am here for more. I did a lot of research on places to live before moving from out of state, and this was the first place I visited and toured. I actually didn't need to see any other places. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful; they know everyone by name and are very helpful. The apartments are gorgeous, updated everything, super spacious, and great balconies. And the pool and fitness center just add to the experience. I definitely can't recommend it enough! read more

Solana Apartments is a place to call home if you are looking for quiet, clean, reliable attention to work orders, etc. The management is friendly, ready to answer questions and makes you feel right at home. At least this was my sense when I toured. There are other apartments communities, but when you have great management and atmosphere why look elsewhere. read more

We have lived in our unit for over a week now and thought we had enough experience to post a review. Moving In: Criss was our main point of contact for our move in. Every little question we had was answered in a timely fashion. When we added a cat about a week before move in Criss was ready to go and sent us an addendum to our lease so we could move in quicker. All of our documentation was laid out before we moved in so we were prepared way ahead of time as to what was needed. Unit Itself (Burst Floorplan): By golly this is the epitome of Luxury Living. Everything is so new and well organized. Looking at the floorplan we were a little worried about fitting all of our things and storage, but we were way off. There is so much cabinet space and places for storage we didn't even think of. Lots of windows to bring in tons of light. Even on the bottom floor it feels very bright and airy. These units may come off a bit pricier than others, but to us it is WORTH the extra cost for how nice they are. It feels like a real home. Complex: Since this is new construction there is still a lot of work being completed (Pool, gates, and some of the units). Luckily you hardly notice the construction crews. Given we are at work from 6 to 4 so that is probably a large chuck of the day where they work. Even with the construction the property is really well kept and clean. The gym is brand new and has great lifting equipment. Only concern we had was there was only one dumpster that was open and with people moving in it filled up fast. However they opened up another one and it seems to have freed up plenty of space! Very well lit at night, and unlike previous complexes, we have actually seen the security vehicle perusing around making sure everything is good. Location: The Solana Community is nestled behind a few other complexes which make it a hidden gem. Very quiet and not on a busy street (Unless you count 215 which is just over the property line, but you can't even tell it is there). Every major chain restaurant and department store is within a 5 minute drive. Some major points: Downtown Summerlin: 10-15 Minutes Strip: 15 Minutes Airport: 10 Minutes Town Square: 10 Minutes If you are an outside kind of person like us there are some great parks nearby and even a full fledged frisbee golf course! Overall Solana seems like a great place to live if you are willing to pay a little bit more for comfort and aesthetics. We are excited to be apart of this wonderful community and look forward to making memories here! read more

I have lived here for over 2 years now. We just signed another 15 months. Why? Because the management team is phenomenal. They are professional and take issues seriously. They plan fun events and are friendly even when walking around the complex, not just in the office. Maintenance workers are friendly and fix things, even light bulbs, in a timely manner. The apartments are beautiful and having garage options was the turning point for my husband. The community areas are well maintained and such a plus. My husband loves the gym and I love the pool. Neighbors are neighborly, which can be lacking in apartment living, but I've made some good friends here. We meet at the pool, go for hikes, bbq together at the community grills. Reminds me of my residential neighborhoods in Cali and Minnesota. In my prior Vegas apartments I didn't even know my neighbors names. If you are looking for a home, a place you belong and can make true connections, a luxurious pool and great gym, look at Solana. Won't you be my neighbor? read more

I've lived here now for almost 2 weeks and I can say that I absolutely love it! The units are put together very well. The amenities and appliances are all top notch. They thought of the small things like having gas stoves which is way better for cooking than electric. The people in the office are friendly and have been great to work with. All around 5 star rating. I run a service business and I'm in most of the apartment buildings in the area that claim to be luxury living, but I can surely say that most of them are not what they claim to be. An update to my previous review. I moved back to Solana in February after looking at some other properties and being disappointed in them. Either they didn't feel safe enough, too expensive for the size, or just had the same small generic layout (The SW, The Wyatt, 2one5). I decided to give Solana another chance. And I'm glad I did. Before when I lived here, the place was brand new but came with some issues. Since moving back here, it seems majority of those issues have been addressed. The parking situation here has definitely improved. Before, one of us in my unit would have to park on the other side of the complex because there would literally be no uncovered parking after 4pm. Now, we can actually park our cars close to our unit at any time. The grounds are still very well maintained, and I have only one very minor issue with my apartment, which is that the patio door doesn't stay closed unless the deadbolt is locked. Other than that I feel very safe living here and I love my apartment. I gotta give credit to the ladies in the office. Annette and Courtney were amazing during move in and still go out of their way to make sure that we are happy in our unit. Maintenance is very good as well. I'll submit a work order and they're here in an hour or so. I'm glad we decided to make Solana home again and I 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. read more

0 STARS!!! This was THE worst experience I have ever had apartment hunting. I hope people are reading this, more important, I hope the person in charge on Jennifer is reading this. First called on Saturday and spoke to Jennifer, asking to come and look at apartments, she said they stop showing at 5:30. I was viewing some other apartments near by and called again at 5:15, Jennifer picked up, told her I'm 5 minutes away and want to come view the apartment. She said "oh we spoke earlier, I thought you'd be here hours ago! We stop showing at 5:30". Again I told her I'm a few minutes away, she kept repeating herself and saying maybe you can come tomorrow or during the week... she was rude and I felt like she did not want to show any apartments. If that is how future residents are treated - how are current residents who are stuck with the lease anyways being treated? Don't want to know. On the next day, I was viewing some apartments right by Solana, so decided to pop by. Again Jennifer was there. There was a family waiting just before me, and they went in and out after two minutes (they said they waited a long time before coming in her office). I did not understand why they left so quickly after waiting so long. Once I walked in her office, I did. We sat down, we talked briefly on the floor plans and pricing- told her it was bit much for what I had in mind, but am interested and I asked what specials they have - first tho g she did? Pull out a sheet with other apartments that are cheaper and told me to go look there. Told her I'm not interested and asked again what specials do they have. - she gave me the 'special they had that day' - which made the price work and I asked to view the apartment. Then again she spoke about the other apartments (god, who hired you?). Then I told her the price works for me with the special, and I want to see the apartment (we already viewed the floor plans when we came). Then she pulls out a sheet with the floor plan (r u kidding me?) and said here is the model.. I told her again I want to go and view the apartment not the floor plan, I cannot sign a lease without viewing it. She started arguing out of nowhere and said you wanted to see the plan!!!! I told her ok, I want to go and see the apartment, and she said (and I'm quoting) "here is the model". I couldn't take it anymore and told her enough is enough, you are very rude. She said "you too, byyeeeeeeeee" just like that. Then I understood the people before me did not see an apt as well. Either she is LAZY, or she does not want to work- that is not how you treat potential residents. I hope she gets fired!! There are a lot of beautiful apartments in the area, same price range, with better services!! read more

Affordable and great quality! The leasing team is fantastic! They make it a great place to live because they treat you like part of the family and not just a customer. Here to say I rarely post reviews but I had to make sure Yvonne C got her credit for the huge help she's been! She is beyond attentive and her customer service is phenomenal. I came to look at a floor plan without knowledge of the pricing or layouts. I gave Yvonne a time frame of when I needed to move from my current place of residency and she made sure she was able to meet those requirements. She let me know my options, etc. We proceeded to tour the floor plan that I was interested in and I instantly fell in love! Yvonne didn't just stop there, she gave me a tour around the whole complex and even took it as far as walking me over to show me where the exact unit and my covered parking will be located. Yvonne made sure she stayed connected through my application process and made me feel really at home! I am happy to say I will be a new resident at these apartment homes soon and I greatly appreciate Yvonne C. for the warm welcome! read more

This property is a complete joke, I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews one here they must have paid for someone to write them. The office staff here is completely rude and inconsiderate. I almost signed a lease with this property but I am so glad I didn't. I wound up leasing a much nicer property down the road at EVO. The staff here were completely careless and never returned my phone calls. Frances and Geneva didnt seem to care too much it was like I was just a number to them. My advice stay far far away there is a ton of nicer properties here in Las Vegas for a much better price. read more

We have lived here for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every moment of it! The apartment complex is very clean, supervised and well maintained. Shout out to Yvonne for always going the extra mile to satisfy our requests. Unlike any apartments in the area, you rarely hear any noise from the surrounding neighbors. All the residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. Definitely worth paying the extra few dollars to live here. read more

I recently relocated here from Los Angeles for my job, I currently am living with my mom who lives in Summerlin. I pass this complex everyday on the 215. I've tried calling the office many times but I always seem to receive a voicemail. So today I had decided to try and stop in to take a look at the property. When I arrived i loved seeing how secluded the neighborhood was away from everything else. But when I went to go to the leasing office there was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 30 minutes and it had the time of when they would be back. I decided to take a look at the property while I waited, after the 30 minutes went by I went back to the office and it was still locked. I decided to give it another 15 minutes just in case they were running late. Still nobody came back, at this point I decided to leave. It's very disappointing as I was very eager to look at this property but it must have not been meant to be read more

The management staff is horrible, especially the property manager Frances. I was on Military leave and had to pay my rent 1 day later. She decided to not do anything for me and keep the fees. it takes forever for work orders to be taken care of, and the floor plans are just set up horribly. My garbage disposal has very low power and a nasty smell. I've asked to have it fixed/replaced. And all I get is oh you need to fill it up with ice and that will take care of it. The paint on the walls is the cheapest nasty patching, I think my 4 year old can do a better paint job. read more

I love living here, it's a really cozy place to call home, always beautiful views of the mountains if you live on the top floor that is, the pool is always on point it's never dirty management keeps it up really nicely, the clubhouse is a great place to relax, get coffee watch tv or even play pool. The only downfall I'd say is the clubhouse is only open until 6 daily so if you get off work later than that you can't use the clubhouse, although the pool is open daily until midnight which is a plus! read more

I've been living at Solana for more than a year and I just renewed my lease. After taking a look around the southwest LV area including Summerlin, at some competitor properties, I couldn't believe how good I have it at Solana. Are there other nearby communities that are less expensive? Yes. Are there some more expensive and newer? Also, a yes! However for the quality that I receive along with the cleanliness of the property and the amazing staff, I couldn't ask for more! Many properties in the area that are near the same age are nowhere near the caliber of Solana. Also being managed by a professional management company is something that I appreciate, after spending years in property management (no I am no longer in the business, nor did I work for the same management co. as Solana).
