From the moment my daughter and I toured our unit with Gabriel we knew we found our new home in a new state. Gabriel was so patient and kind with us. After moving in, everytime he would see me passing by he would make sure to greet me and ask how we're doing. Any concerns I had in the unit he was quick to address it. I've been living here for about 2 months now, and everything has been great, mostly thanks to Gabriel! The community is small, clean, quiet, and well-managed. My friend and I have been planning to make a cross country move for about a year now and as anyone can imagine, it can be a fairly stressful and drawn-out process. After searching through hundreds of apartments, we landed on Everett. Considering it was the first one that checked all of our boxes, we decided to tour it in early July. Upon arriving, Gabriel was quick to make us feel comfortable and give us the full run-down of the complex. Right off the bat, my friend and I had a plethora of questions and Gabriel was happy to answer all of them (and there was a lot). We also met (I believe the maintenance manager) Terry, and he was also very kind and welcoming. We viewed one of the model apartments, but were assured we'd be able to view the one we want if it became available while we were still visiting in Vegas. Coincidentally, the one we were hoping to walk through was ready for viewing the next day, and Gabriel once again, gave us a wonderful tour, answered more questions, and just made the process more exciting and less stressful for us. Ultimately, my friend and I decided to go forward with applying because 1) the apartment was everything we were searching for (safe, clean, quiet, optimal location, etc.) and 2) Gabriel's service would be extremely hard to beat. Since early July, my friend and I have been prepping for this move and he has been prompt with his responses and support since our first meeting. There have been lots of calls, emails, questions, etc. and not once have we felt like a burden. Moving from one side of the United States to another was a huge decision for us and the treatment we've received from Everett, and Gabriel specifically, has been a game changer in our experience. I would give this a 4 star if it weren't for Sharon in the management office. She is just rude and I don't like her attitude over the phone and in person. Everyone else in the office is very nice and respectful. Other than that I really do like living here. I love the townhouse style apartment and high ceiling. Maintenance is great and very punctual and I love how our unit is right next to the pool and bbq pit. Definitely feels like I'm on vacation looking out from our balcony. We searched different apartments and she was the ONLY one out of them all, where when we walked in to ask about potentially moving in, she offered us coffee with a smile. Even though we are already living in here, anytime I come in, I am still greeted with that same energy. Other apartments, when we walked in, they looked confused, or didn't acknowledge us right away, or we had to go to them and ask for help, and NO ONE OFFERED US coffee. It was automatic for us. We knew this was the place for us when she greeted us. The apartments itself is wonderful, spacious, clean, and for us, the biggest thing was that we felt safe. Gated community with armed guards roving. The amenities and services available, the landscaping is upkept. You can tell this complex is invested and we are happy to be here. read more

I been living here 2 years, overall things been great. Despite, we had some miscommunication towards the end I have nothing but great things. The property is always well kept, and clean. I love my apt and everything is updated & new. I want to give shout out to Terry, he is amazing. When I put in any maintenance issue, he always on it. I never have to doubt anything when it comes to him. He always speak to me when he see me & making sure I'm good. I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for apartment to stay here. It's safe, and clean. Yes, it pricey but you will definitely get your money worth. I won't be renewing my lease again since I'm moving back home East, for better opportunity. Everett is a hidden gem. The leasing/front office staff is amazing! Many thanks to Jessica Mendez, Sharon, and Sabrina. Their professionalism and longevity at Everett shows. They know the apt complex well, always greet you warmly, and respond to emails/calls within the day or by the next day. Everett is really the best in terms of leasing office staff. So important. You feel comfortable with them handling your personal information and asking them questions about anything. Jessica Mendez gave me my tour and it was a stress free application process thanks to her. She was so knowledgeable and a great communicator. Upon leaving, Sharon handled my closing out process. And there were no issues in getting my deposit back. True professionals. Good vibes all around thanks to them. You'll see the maintenance guys on their golf carts around the property. They've been there a long time too. If you have any trouble, you enter your service request on the app. I only needed them once for a sink/garbage disposal issue. They came early the next day and fixed it, no problem. About the Apartment: The units are incredibly well maintained. Maintenance does a great job of making sure they're flawless for move in. My only advice is to SIZE UP. I recommend the Belmont model if you're doing a one bedroom (it's not even that much more than the other one bedroom models). But I would recommend renting a 2 bedroom if you can. I had the Bristol model, which is a one bedroom without a patio. I realized it was too small after a few months. The walls are thin and the stairs are connected to one side of your apt so you hear your neighbors as they walk up the stairs. It can be manageable or unbearable depending on the neighbor. But, my unit had a very spacious bathroom and huge tub, big walk in closet, and nice stainless steel kitchen appliances. Loved the wood pattern flooring in the main areas. The apartment works if you're seldom home or work a conventional 9-5. However, you might outgrow it fast. If you're in a one bedroom, I would not recommend the courtyard buildings. They are the buildings that have circular sidewalks in the center with a mini palm tree (I call them the courtyard buildings) or long sidewalks down the center. They just have too many units and too many neighbors within close proximity. Do look at the map view and take a walk around the property when picking your unit. Some buildings have better views and more patio privacy than others. The people at Everett are friendly and easy going. I've seen older couples, young couples, singles, roommates, and single parents etc. Also, my neighbors in the larger 2 bedroom apartments/townhouses have lived there quite awhile. A great sign. The community is very quiet. No young people, late night party vibes. Finally, I always felt safe. They have 24/7 Patrol. I'm a night owl and would take walks in the late evening or to get my mail. I felt that comfortable within the gates. Great location too by Rainbow and all those restaurants. Love Everett, just wished I had picked a different unit and building. Had to leave because I needed more space. Thank you Everett! I do recommend the apartment complex. Safe, with a great staff and great residents. read more

The area of the complex doesn't have enough parking spaces, cost of living is WAAAY to expensive for what you get the only good thing is the location, the upkeep of the complex isn't the greatest, and there's cops here often because there's a lot of drama between neighbors and neighbors wanting to be Karen's. What we most liked about was his transparency to explain to us what we needed to do to obtain approval, given a few concerns on our end. He was gracious to offer his PC so we could lodge an application form, but when he sensed we were having a hard time, he was flexible to offer us to do the application manually. I've lived in three apartments in my life and I would say Everett Apartments is the best! This gated community is very quiet and there is security patrolling the area 24/7. I rented a Bristol 1 bedroom apartment and I'm very satisfied with the size and coziness of it. The ceiling is pretty high and nice. There is a washer and dryer included in the unit. Everything in the unit is clean and looks almost brand new. This apartment is pet-friendly and I believe you can have up to 2 animals (cats and/or dogs) that have a combined weight of 40 lbs. I haven't brought my dog in, though, since I'd hate to leave her alone when I go to work (she's been staying at my parents' place). The pool is beautiful and there is a gym included! There are computers you can use near the leasing office if you need to print something or just surf the web. The mailboxes are next to the Leasing office and there is an Amazon locker there for you to pick up your Amazon orders! There is a monthly event calendar that shows what events will be happening in the community (car wash, Pinkberry truck, Holiday events, etc). Lauren, Sharon, Yvonne and the maintenance staff are amazing people! They are all friendly and professional. The people in the community is friendly and nice. The maintenance people tend to wave when passing by. I really like that there is a lot of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. The Windmill Library is literally across from the apartment and the police department is really close by. Southwest Career and Technical Academy is within walking distance from Everett Apartments. It usually takes me around 17-22 minutes to drive to UNLV, the McCarran airport and the strip. Sadly, I just turned my keys in yesterday and the people in the Leasing Office said their heartfelt goodbyes. I just moved in to my new home a few weeks ago. I highly recommend Everett Apartments to everyone and I will always recommend this apartment to anyone I know who needs a great, safe and reliable place to stay in. read more

I lived in Everett in building 7 town home for a year and a half. I absolutely loved it there.. It is in a very convenient location for getting around city. It's on a corner next to everything including a smiths, two gas stations a car wash and I always felt safe due to the police station next door. Everett has a great community feel and is located in an extremely convenient, quiet, and safe part of SW Las Vegas. The staff here are extremely helpful and respectful-- especially the maintenance department (Terry & Fred) who do a fantastic job keeping the community nice. If a maintenance issue comes up, its always resolved promptly and professionally. In addition, we love that Fred always has dog treats on hand to offer the pups! I bit of a late review, but just wanted to say this was a great first apartment in LV. We moved in from Chicago and I had some rather unfortunate complications on my end. Nevertheless, they made it work! I've forgotten most of the management's names except Chris...oops. However, they were all awesome so bless them. The community was kept very clean. The 2BR apartments were laid out perfect for two people. The walls and floors were actually well insulated and not paper thin like many other places. The community had only nice people from my experience. The only downside to this place was the garbage man. He came in way too early, sometimes as early as 5am. If anyone I know ever wants to move out here I'd recommend them Everett for sure. read more

We love our home! Well, who wouldn't love living here! I've lived here with my boyfriend for a couple years now. We have a 2 BD 2 1/2 BA Unit (1,200 sq ft). I love that you get your carpet cleaned FREE every year, when you renew your lease. In fact, this place has all kinds of FREE little bonuses!! Like a once a month free car wash!! My favorite part of living here is FRED. He's not just a maintenance guy, he cares! My dog, who's quite the handful, adores Fred. He buys treats with his own money to hand out to the residents' dogs. Fred truly goes the extra mile! And makes it a joy to live here! read more

Honestly the worst apartment i ever lived in, been here for a couple months and literally has been the worst experience. We got a grinch thats always complaining about the littlest things (tv is "too" loud, using the washer and dryer or simply just walking) mind you its not even 10PM (quiet hours) when we do our chores, we are highly respectful to our neighbors and we understand whats loud and whats not loud but living by a noise sensitive neighbor is just a uncomfortable living space. The office doesn't do anything but side with whoever complains and hit you with a warning automatically and gives you that "eviction talk". The place is nice and very convenient but if you're looking for noise sensitive neighbors, thin floors, strict rules, and unfairness you're looking at the perfect place. read more

My wife and I lived here for 1 year, and have to say, it was one of our most enjoyable dwellings to date. We've lived in luxury high rises in Miami Beach, San Francisco, and NY. If you're looking to get a little peace and quiet away from the Strip, this, in my opinion is a great option. The leasing agent (Christina) was extremely helpful getting my wife and I situated from day one. I relocated with my wife from San Francisco, and she was very professional with our transition. She went above and beyond her job description to make us feel at home. I think she's been promoted since then, and definitely deserves it. Terry was our maintenance guy, and he was always quick to respond with any help with our appliances or general maintenance that we needed with the apartment. He gave us very accurate information about what we needed to do as to cleaning up the apt upon departure. One of the best features about this place, is the 24 hour security. They have a security guard that has a patrol car that is constantly scouting the complex, and gives you peace of mind in a hectic city. Then there's Evonne, who is one of the friendliest leasing agents I've ever met! I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex. After living in a handful of other apartment complexes, this has been the first and only complex I only have positive things to say. I've lived in Everett for a year and I've seen the same three girls working in the office and they seem to know everyone. I see families, college aged girls, older couples living in the complex. I've had no issues with loud parties, no issues with dirty neighbors. I've called maintenance a couple of times and they've always come in on the same day or early the next day. On Christmas Eve, my front door lock broke off and maintenance even came in within a couple of hours after calling to rescue me. The complex feels safe, everyone around is friendly, security drives around 24 hours a day. They recently installed Amazon hub lockers, no worries of getting boxes stolen! Although I've never had a problem with stolen packages previous to installation of the boxes. There is a police station next door to the complex and a (beautiful!) public library across the street. Convenient grocery shopping and lots of restaurants (with good Yelp reviews!) on the same street. Getting to the freeway can get pretty crowded and take a while, but not bad. If I hadn't had to leave for my new job, I would have stayed at Everett and renewed my lease. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone! read more

Moved in July and have to say that I am pretty happy here. It is VERY dog friendly, has a nice pool, office room, and 24 hour gym. I wish the pool was 24 hours but it closes at midnight. The apartments are very spacious! We moved into a two story two bedroom, three bathroom, basically town house. My only complaint is parking. Extra parking is limited if you live on the back of the apartments. You are given one covered parking spot. They accept credit cards but it is through an outside agency that charges a fee. Bottom line, if you have a dog, want space, want a nice neighborhood across from a library and next to a police station Everette might be it. read more

The complex is quiet, safe, with excellent neighbors and in such a great location in the Southwest with a grocery store, gas station/post office, library and a ton of restaurants within a couple of blocks. I couldn't ask for more. Never had an issue with anyone here. Maintenance is amazing in getting issues fixed on time and with attention to detail.
