The insurance company pushed back hard but we won in arbitration due to the superb work done by Jeremy Reich of Central Minnesota Renovations. Jeremy was extremely professional in all of our interactions: He did a very thorough inspection of our windows and gutters, explaining why we had a very good case for compensation. He never pushed us and was a great communicator and listener. During the whole process of replacing our windows, he was always available to answer our questions or provide solutions to any problems during the installation. The window installation team completed the process in two days and the work was top notch. The staining crew masked everything thoroughly and the quality of the finishing was excellent. I also want to credit Robert Mansur for his great support on this renovation. I cannot give a higher recommendation regarding this experience and it was stress free because of the excellent communication and hard work that Jeremy Reich put into our project.

Also told them of the wall outlet that doesn't work and the person I talked to said he would look at it while he was here. Well, another worker showed up, didn't know anything about the outlet and it took 4 hours to replace the tile. I didn't check the tile until after the worker left as they had been often I figured they could at least get the color right. I cannot express enough how difficult it has been to work with thia company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I told Derek that I needed a bid and he wanted to do it the same day that I called at 1:00. I told him I had to leave by 2:00 in order to be at an appointment at 3:00 and he still wanted to do it at that day and time. Okay ... I wait around until 2:15 and he is a no-show. My house camera shows he arrived around 2:45 so I wasn't going to call him back because, after all, if you can't show up to bid and win my money how can I trust you'll show up after you've received my down payment? My husband convinced me to give him another chance. So I did. I called him to try another appointment and explained that it's a pet peeve of mine when people say they will show up and don't. I explained that it's happened with other jobs that have stretched to weeks instead of days and months instead of weeks. He said that he showed up at about 2:30 ... still an hour and a half past the appointment!!! Then he said that, since I HAVE A PROBLEM with people not showing up when scheduled, he would not do business with me and good luck finding someone else. NICE.
