Jorge was the contact who came out to give me the quote. This is a family owned company that also owns Green View Landscape. He was very competitive and also offered credit card payment options. The original issue I had was a palm weevil that killed my large 30+ feet canary palm in my front yard. He gave the one of the best quotes to have it removed and have the stump ground down. While he was here, he also removed a boxelder tree and cleaned up my other palm in one day. He came back for the stump after but luckily we got the tree down in one day prior to the wind and rains. I also had him cut our huge bush on the side of the house that really needed a trim. Overall, he did a great job and worked very quickly. They cut down 4 really tall palm trees and one short one. Did it in a day. Price was good but they cut the palm tree down and let it fall onto driveway and street. Not sure how else they coulda done it but they damaged my driveway. Cracked my driveway several spots. I complained about it they came back and sealed it with some glue. Looks horrible. Hope it holds and won't start crumbing in a year from driving on it. They warranty the glued driveway for two years. I dont know if they will even honor it. It still looks horrible. You can see all the glue. They kept in touch until after I paid. Hopefully driveway don't crumble in the rain. read more

Working with Jorge on this project was the biggest mistake and waste of money I have done in my life. Our retaining wall is simply dreadful and "off" in so many ways not as we expected. At first he promised us a 3D plan for our yard. This was basically a cartoon with no practical use of dimensions measurements or geometry and it was fully based on my personal ideas working from a decades-old professional rendering of the property that I already had. There was no professional input from Jorge. He gave us bad advice as to what would be best for our yard. We needed (and still do) professional advice from a real landscape architect. I still do not have a usable copy of his 3D plan. The most I have is a screen shot using my camera and emails from him in a not-usable form. He talked us into this long retaining wall as the "first phase" but this was not the correct thing to do as we have now learned. In my opinion a waste of over $25,000 on something we didn't need and could have spent more practically. If you work with Jorge make sure you get every single detail in writing, fully described and priced out. He makes many verbal promises that he never keeps. I know it is our fault in a sense for not getting a better detailed description of the scope of work, and most of our communication was verbal and I trusted him too much. His workers installed the lights in the wrong place(s) (unevenly). He doesn't supervise his workers closely enough. Although we paid him in full, many things are not complete and he has been somewhat avoiding us for months, promising to show up but then he never does, making many excuses. He promised us that he would provide us with lights. These lights were not satisfactory so we had to purchase our own lights. He has not, more than a month later, refunded us the money for the return of his lights as he had agreed to do. He left his wheelbarrow and debris for haul away (still here) as well as some trash bags that we took care of. The irrigation and other promises are not complete. Make note of his license number because he may just change his company's name again. Twice I have called him to ask when he is coming back to finish these things, he promise a day and doesn't show up. Not even a call. We previously used Jorge when he was partners with another landscape company over 5 years ago. They did a major work project on our front yard. There are still things that aren't right that he had promised to fix or to make good on every time since then he has come around looking for more work over the years. I regret finally giving in and going forward with this project and trusting Jorge. read more

We had two large palm trees that needed to be chopped down. We contacted A's , within the hour a representative came by to give us a quote . Considering the size of the trees and stump the quote given was a fair price for the job . It was quite impressive watching the team of Arborists climbing the trees , cutting them down , lowering the logs with ropes into the mulching machine. A few hours later all that was left was a stump . The next day the crew returned with a stump grinder and ground down the massive stump .
