The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. Honestly, I would have been disappointed with the results even if I had booked a basic cleaning. There were multiple areas that were either missed entirely or simply not cleaned thoroughly enough, especially considering the price and the fact that I had specifically requested a deep clean. I do want to give the owner a lot of credit for how she handled my complaint. When I contacted her, she was very understanding and immediately offered to have the cleaning corrected. I explained that after the experience I wasn't comfortable having the same company return, and instead asked for a 50% refund so I could hire someone else to finish the cleaning. She didn't argue with me, pressure me to give them another chance, or make the process difficult. She issued the refund right away, which I genuinely appreciated. So while I can't recommend the cleaning service based on the experience I had, I can absolutely say that the owner handled an unhappy customer professionally and fairly. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning itself just didn't match what I expected from a $420 deep-cleaning service.
