Amazon has a lot of RV parts and if you have Prime you get free shipping. I found that this store charges $120 a gallon for roof coat material. I can get the same stuff off the shelf in Pasco for $88. Some would call this gouging.

Manufacturing company (Thor) was overcharged so much they took them off the list of approved repair facilities! Blue Dog RV was charged almost $800 to replace a slide topper! That was just for labor, not parts! I had to have them reinstall the topper because it wasn't installed properly and they did the work in 45 minutes! ($800 for 45 min work!) The list of overcharging goes on and on... technitions are not qualified or certified to perform maintenance on any RV .. when I asked about certification I was told they didn't know! Since certification requires specific schooling I would figure they would remember if they had been certified!...avoid this place like the plague if you Don't want to get ripped off!

My wife and I were recently on a trip when our water pump quit working. Aubrey's was the closest RV…read moreshop so we called them. Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.
