My wife and I were traveling from California and had an unexpected emergency with our tow bar. Jim and the guys were the only place in town who could help us out within 24 hours. They were very helpful and ordered me a new tow bar and the next day I was back on the road. Very good people from the staff ordering my tow bar to the guys especially Jim. My wife and I were recently on a trip when our water pump quit working. Aubrey's was the closest RV shop so we called them. Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended. read more

My RV has been parked since last fall. I need a few things to be able to drive it to dump it. But for now I have been filling up 5 gallon buckets lining my littke car with cardboard boxes and plastic. Then driving them down and dumping them at Aubrey's. I called down and specifically asked if this is ok. They said yes. Then like its not humiliating enough. While I am rapping up, cleaning out my buckets ( because why would I travel with dirty buckets in my car, when this dump station is set up for me clean them out in the proper environment) A lady that obviously is associated with Aunlbrys somehow, feelsbthe need to stop and ask me, what I am dumping ( I reapond pooh) and don't I have another means of dumping ?? Well lets see, if I did, don't you think I would?I dont exactly like waisting garbage bags, or traveling 20 miles with bio, making my car smell like shit. And having to stand out on your little corner dumping pooh infeont of a whole neighborhood... She not only deepend jy humiliation, she gave me dirty look, like I was some low life, scum bucket. Don't judge people lady, ypur shit stinks too and ypu have no clue what I am going through. I much rather be driving my Rv to go dump then stuffing my littke car with shit buckets. These people are so nice! We showed up on a Saturday morning in need of a serious repair, they did what they could for us so that we could be on our way and still make it home with our RV safely. They did not have the actual part we needed for the size of our RV, but they gave us a similar one that would get the job done and make sure we arrived safely until we could get somewhere to repair it with the proper size tool. They had us out of there by noon. They have clean bathrooms on the premises, and a decent shop inside. Very helpful and friendly staff, and a nice selection of furniture. They also did most of the work for us by letting us leave our RV disconnected in the front and they toted it in where they needed it. They also hooked it back up for us. This is a bigger deal than most because we have filled up airbags on our truck making it a lot higher so they literally used their forklift to help us re-connect/hitch up. I cannot exclaim enough how grateful I am to this company! From my first panic call to the end of the service they were wonderful and helpful. Arrived at watershed to a generator with zero output. Mark and Carolyn put their actions, their honor, and their money where most Companies only "give" hallow lip service to the public. My tire blowout repair was not done up to their standards I discovered while out of town. Nobody is perfect. I am not. They at Aubreys RV MADE IT RIGHT. How you ask? They paid another RV Repair Company in another town (about) 300 miles away from their shop to correct it. Never once was there any attempt to deny my request for help or to hide from the honest mistake. That Folks is integrity on full display. Honorable people when they needed to step forth and they did everyone. When things didn't go right, these people (not like the Camping World conglomerate) made good on their word. I'm late on the band wagon on restoration of an old camper. This place is great. They have a little of everything and what they don't have they can order. The prices seem reasonable and some are less than what I have found on amazon. Its also nice they share some of there knowledge. I thought the window crank was worn out. They told me it more likely the shaft its self and they come in different sizes. Sure enough they are correct. I didn't doubt them. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Aubrey's RV Center in mid-October 2022 after several RV places in Yakima, WA brushed me off. The people at Aubrey's had many decades experience in the business of serving large RV's and campers but were not reluctant at all to take on my relatively small custom job. I had a MaxxAir fan installed on the roof of my ARE camper canopy shell, a rather tedious and unusual installation. They were nice folks to work with and very accomodating. I have other small custom jobs to be done and will return to Aubrey's again without hesitation, and recommend that others do the same as well. You won't be dissapointed! read more

we were passing through Yakima and our awning would not retract correctly. we called 6 RV repair companies, & only Aubrey's would even look at it so we could get back on the road. we met with Lenny, who was terrific. he determined we may need a new awning, & there was no way to fix it on the spot. so, he came up with a way to secure it for us instead so we could continue our trip. he zip tied it closed, & we were off in about 30 minutes. we so appreciate this company for being willing to help us without an appointment even though it was a Monday & they were swamped with business. thank you Lenny & Aubrey's RV Center read more

I took my Keystone Laredo here for a repair to my grey water tank and my toilet. They called me within an hour to give me a quote on what it would cost to repair it, which I thought was amazingly fast! I ok'd the work to be done and they got right on it. They called as the work progressed to give me updates which i appreciated! I picked it up a couple of days later for the amount they quoted me. A few days later I was having an issue with my warranty company and they were gracious enough to get on the phone to them and help me out, even though they told me upfront that they do not handle warranty claims.
