DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I bought a used 2008 Honda Pilot from their lot less than 3 weeks ago. The representative I spoke with had told my boyfriend that the car had been to their mechanic and found no issues with it. When speaking with the financial advisor, she had asked us to sign the "as is" contract. We mentioned to her that we were told it had been to a mechanic, because of this we signed the contract. At no point did she correct us and nowhere on the contract did it specify not having been inspected. Today, the radiator exploded on us and we were forced to tow it to a mechanic. When I called them to clarify that the car had been inspected prior to sale every person along the way was rude, dismissive and denied ever having told my boyfriend or I that it had been looked at. They spoke as if I was dumb, and refused to help me in any way. They sold me a car knowing that the radiator and other parts were having issues and lied for the sake of a sale; AND TO THINK that plastered all over their website and response to reviews is that they inspect EVERY CAR NEW AND USED! Have had several bad experiences that this dealer. Couldn't help to feel them being prejudice and assume I couldn't afford the truck. Once I arrived and waited to be attended since I was interested in a GMC Denali. Waited over 45 minutes and still no salesman approached me. Sure enough a Caucasian male arrives and they are on him immediately. I left angry and purchased an new Jeep across the road. Come to find out my parents had the same experience several months back. Spent a couple weeks looking around at vehicles with 3rd row seating to accommodate our growing family. We had decided we wanted to get a GMC Acadia. After looking all around the state we found one here that checked all our boxes. A 2017 GMC Acadia all terrain. We pull in and are met by the salesman Brandon. He was very helpful asked all the right questions. We looked over the vehicle and fell in love. I took it for a test drive with Brandon and left my wife with the boys. Car was awesome, during our drive we talked about our need for the third row and I specified that was really our number one reason to purchase a new vehicle. When we got back they took all our info on our trade in and while waiting to see what our offer would be we talked abs inspected the car a little more with Brandon. My wife notice in the trunk that the third row was down and the previous owner had purchased weather tech liners that covered the whole trunk. So she asked about the third row. Brandon responded with oh yea you can either pull tnay out or just lift it up and the third row if folded up underneath. Perfect! There was a usb outlet and cup holder the roof cutout for where your heads would be in a third row. Everything seemed to check out. However we never actually physically saw the third row. We took the salesman, the experts word on it. Finished our paperwork. And went on our way with a new to us Acadia. A week later we had family over and we're going to dinner and went to pull the third row up, surprise to us there is no third row. So I call the dealership on Monday and talk to Brandon. He informs me that he was completely unaware and that every other Acadia model has them. He tells me he will Look into it and let me know what they can do. 5 hours go by and no return phone call. So I call and he tells me it's the only model Acadia that doesn't come with the third row. And there is zero third row seats they can get to put in it for me and informs me we are sol. And they talked about it and decided we need to wait a couple years until our kids get older and get a vehicle with a third row. And if we traded it in now we would lose money. Not sure why there would be cup holders looks like rails for a third row. Places for seat belts if there was no way of getting a third now. And then to tell me what we should do as a family. So I call back and ask for the sales manager. He informs me he has yet to hear about the situation and takes my info and tells me he will get back with me. I don't hear back the rest of the day or the next day until 2:30pm when I decide to call back. It goes to voicemail I leave one. And don't hear back again the next day, so I call and leave another voicemail still get nothing. So I message a guy I know who is a salesman there and he says oh yea he's here I will go inform him You are waiting to hear back. So I wait and wait and it's been 8 days now and I have still yet to hear anything back. They screwed us over 100 percent and instead of making it right they have chosen the cowards way out and completing dodging and ignoring all attempts to reach theM. This place is an absolute joke. Be careful going here. They are the reasons that car salesmen get a bad rep for being sliming and do anything for a sale! read more

I have given it 10 days and nothing has changed, so here goes nothing. Kierra and I were in the market for a vehicle with a 3rd row seat for our growing family. We spent some time looking at different makes and models and came to the conclusion we wanted a GMC Acadia. Spent some time looking around and found one right here in our back yard at sangster motors. It checked all our boxes. When we arrived our salesman Brandon was great, easy to talk to showed us around the car listening to our pros and cons of the vehicle and taking us through it. I took it for test drive abs fell in love with it. When we got back Kierra noticed the 3rd row was down and the previous owner had purchased a weather tech floor mat that covered the entire trunk area. So we asked Brandon how that all worked abs he said you can either take it out or just fold it up to fold up the third row. There are cup holders a USB port and places for seat belts so we said awesome! Went on with paperwork and drove it away. The following week we went to use the third row and bam, no third row seat. So I call Brandon Monday, and he was as surprised as I was it didn't have one. He said he would ask around and find out what they could do. 4 hours went by and I had heard nothing so I called. He informed me we were shit out of luck. That there is no possible way they could get us a third row because they aren't made. Which is weird there is a rail to mount them to and all the bells and whistles for a third row. He also told me that we would lose money if they took it back and that they talked about it and came to the conclusion that we should keep it and let the boys get bigger and then get a third how. How dare you tell me how I need to go about my life! I then asked well why would you tell me it had a third row if it didn't. And someone he just happened to not recall that conversation, imagine that. So I ended the conversation and called the sales manager, I believe it was Cory sangster I spoke with. He informed he he has never heard of the situation and he would take care of it. After 3 phone calls and voicemails from me for 3 straight days I still hadn't heard back. So I got in touch with someone I know that works there. He informed me he was in the building and he let him know that I was expecting a call. That was tuesday. It's not Sunday night and I have yet to hear back. Not only did they not make it right they decided to become complete cowards and avoid us at all costs. I wouldn't recommend this joke of an establishment to my worst enemy. I know a good amount of car salesmen, and everyone I have come in contact with have been great stand up guys. Never got the stigma of the greasy car sales man until now. The people running this place should be ashamed of the kind of buisness they are running! I went into the place today were they informed me that there wasn't anything they could do to help us, knowing they sold the vehicle under false pretenses!! What a scam! read more

The guys at the Sangster Service department are seriously the best. I came in with a car that I had for less than a week when the ignition went out. Not only did they cover it all under warranty, but they towed the car over to them free of charge. They put up with my not-so-pleasant attitude that came from my frustration and directed at them, and they helped me anyways. This is my first car, so it's frustrating seeing it break down so soon, but they helped me through the process and made it much less stressful for me, and really did the extra mile not only to fix my car, but to make sure it was safe for me. My all wheel drive went out on my fairly new GMC. This occurred twice when I was trying to get up a steep hill in 1-2 feet of snow. On both occasions, took the car in for service. All they did was plug it into a diagnostic computer which did not register any problems. They did nothing more to try to analyze/diagnose the problem. Took my GMC truck in for squeaky wheel problem, same thing. It took 4 returns before they fixed the problem. read more

My wife and I just bought a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT at Sangster Motors. Chris Irvin was our salesman. I went back today to look at custom floor mats for the truck. I found them in the parts store, and bought them. Much to my surprise, Chris and the Parts man actually installed the floor mats for me on the spot! Service as good as it gets.
