my sister had her wedding semi-recently and had nothing but good things to say about the florist…read morethe entire time. however, when the day of the wedding came, the flowers were unfortunately delivered to the wrong area. this was not the problem here, the problem was that when my sister called the florist, the florist berated and cussed at my sister, insisting she was a scam caller and told her to "f*ck off". my sister, naturally confused, called a second time only to be met with the same exact behavior. she managed to cut the florist off and explain she was the bride that ordered a delivery of bouquets for that day and she wasn't sure where they were placed. the owner was still rude and didn't drop the attitude until my sister was able to verify her identity. i just don't understand where the hatred and anger came from, but it was misplaced. this was such an incredibly unprofessional, inexcusable experience that i would NEVER recommend this flower shop in fear that they would be treated the same we were. the flowers were pretty nice, though.
