Does not seem like they have knowledgeable staff anf if they do, it was not there at 8am when they had just open. I will say that prices are good, customer service not so good. I walked away with 2 conditioners and a foot callus remover device. I will take pics of my purchase. This is the place where u come in and get whatever product u find for yourself on shelf. She told me you will pay about $3 less if you use the Post Office than if you use us - we are a private business. But who wants to wait on line at the post office. Here it was quick and easy. I decided the extra $3 was definitely worth it. So I used them to mail my package. And she walked me through and helped me with the whole process. They had everything I needed. I was able to buy a mailing envelope there. And in the end, it really wasn't that expensive to mail what I needed to mail. So I was really happy. I would definitely return if I needed to send something again.

Two isles over I see a watch repair place I've never seen before, and I come here all the time. I asked the gentleman at the counter if he could fix it. He said no problem go shop around. I finished shopping in about 15 min, I was going to leave the watch as it's expensive and I want it handled with care. When I came up to the counter he handed me the watch with a brand new glass. I was a bit confused how he did it so fast so I asked. He said "your just lucky I had it in stock, otherwise I'd have to order it and you'd get it in a couple days." (I could be paraphrasing) I burst saying "a couple of days? The company itself asked me to send them the watch (pay for shipping) and within 2-3 weeks they'd send it back repaired." They also have great, light up magnifying mirrors, a wide supply of nail care products, as well lots of travel items. And on top of this, you can use the Bed, Bath & Beyond coupons (at this location inside BB&B---don't know about the free standing ones)! They'll let you use as many as you have---one coupon per item! That's a lot of money you'll save! Store is handicapped accessible though I didn't see an elevator to get up there---it's on the upper level of the Marshalls/Sears mall.
