We did a house renovation and worked closely with Home Art Tile to supply the materials for our kitchen and bathrooms. Specifically, we ordered: - Kitchen Cabinets - Kitchen countertop - Kitchen sink - Wall and floor tiles - door saddles and bathtub niche saddles For the kitchen, they had their kitchen specialist come to the house and take exact measurements and then Mike worked with us to come up with the type of kitchen cabinets, layout, and details we wanted. He worked with us on several variations until we decided on the final layout. It was a fairly easy process and he was very detailed (and patient) with us to figure out what we wanted and what would look nice. We worked with others there to figure out the tiles that we needed. We ordered tiles for our kitchen floor, kitchen walls, bathroom floors, bathroom walls, shower tiles, and shower niches. The guys, who we worked with, remembered us each time we called or came in to order more tiles. Important lesson, order more of what you need so you don't have to keep coming back to pick up the tiles. They do delivery but at a cost. Overall, we liked the selection of tiles and cabinets they had. Everything looked perfect and we enjoyed the quality of the materials we ordered. Also service was amazing there.

I just finished a full kitchen renovation and purchased all our cabinets and tiles at Home Art. They are incredibly helpful, patient and pleasant. The materials look gorgeous, arrived on time and at a fair price. Omar is the BEST- I really enjoyed working with him and he will be the first person I will call to purchase materials for my next project. A+

I recently moved to a new house and decided to gut renovate both kitchen and bathrooms . Rashid, from Home Art Tile was extremely helpful. I bought kitchen cabinets, counter tops and tiles for both of my bathrooms from them. The process of picking the right colors and materials was so much easier thanks to Rashid and the entire staff. There was a small dent on the cabinet door, and he requested replacement right away. He even called to see how everything came out. I was beyond happy with the service and entire process. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Great selection and pricing. I buy a lot of tiles and kitchen/bath cabinetry for construction jobs and these guys have stuff I have not seen at other places. If you are going to buy tiles or kitchen bath cabinets get something unique. Your property value will thank you later.

After a pipe broke in my 1949 apartment bathroom, I really had no choice to bite the bullet and renovation the whole bathroom. I wasn't looking forward to it - I hate these projects as they always seem overwhelming and expensive. But Home Art Tile was a port in the storm. I worked with Omer who was super patient and calming and made me feel like I could figure this out and get it done. We looked a little bit at the tiles that were out and once he got a feel for what I was interested in (larger, ceramic tiles with a marble look), he showed me options. And he explained why some people might choose one over the other. But within an hour or so, I had the tile picked out. I also knew that I wanted a border and while I was looking for "color" and "bling", Omer showed me what I was looking for but then also showed me some borders that were a little more subtle (but still had a little of bling!). That was really helpful because Omer was right, the more subtle border does look amazing in my bathroom. And then to go with the white tiles, Omer showed me some darker floors which look great. I did thought make sure that all of the materials were "in" which was important to me so that the contractor could get the job done in 3 weeks. Sure enough, when my contractor was ready to do the tile, he just showed up to Home Art Tile and they put together my order. Home Art Tile made what I thought was going to be time-consuming job - picking out tile - an easy, one day event! While everyone at the store seemed really great, I really enjoyed working with Omer as his calming presence was a welcome refuge. And in the end, the price was great for high quality tile - better than any of the other places I looked at. Highly recommend Home Art Tiles. This is a great store with a great selection of quality tile and nice, honest people working there that will help you through your renovation.

Omar is very helpful. Though I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the kitchen marble tiles that I'm using for the backsplash.

But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. The final result is exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend ATOZ to anyone.

The first issue was with tile we were shown and picked out, only to later find out it wasn't available. That set the tone, as it seemed every step involved compromises--not because of what we wanted, but because of what Rob could get. The bigger problem was with two custom cabinets. My wife had called and requested white cabinets. Instead, Rob steered her toward wood cabinets that were never discussed, clearly didn't match, and in hindsight seemed pushed on her. Given that he also sold us the flooring, he had to know they clashed. Still, he went ahead and ordered them. When the cabinets arrived and were obviously wrong, Rob said he would "make it right." But instead of taking responsibility, he charged us for the incorrect cabinets, charged us again for replacements, and left the first set sitting in my garage. The mistake was his, yet he assumed none of the responsibility and made us absorb all of the cost. After all the business we've given him, I expected better. Instead, this was handled poorly, left a very bad taste in our mouths, and made clear we won't be returning. I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

I got a great deal for the first renovation, she advised me regarding the color matching between the cabinets and back splash. My clients (two young siblings/brother and sister working in the financial sector) are very impressed by the design as it is trendy, elegant, and pleased both of them. It was a tough call when selecting colors, styles, and finishes given the variance between guy and woman. And Ashley's advice helped tremendously in this project. The second project was more challenging as it involved in keeping a dated bathtub and toilet (both yellow). With her advise, she selected tiles that will look modern and match the dated tub and toilet. Another success, not to mention lower cost! It is a busy store and she is the only one taking orders, consider that with the service and plan accordingly.

I sent her the asking amound and decided to return once again a few weeks later for a small item. After attempting to negotiate the small item with her a couple of times because YOU CAN negotiate in these stores in flushing, she decided to block me and not answer me at all. I got in touch with my contractor to see if her number changed and he spoke to her and told me she didn't like that i negotiated and decided to block me.Mind you the final counter I was trying to purchase from her was $170 and you would think she could lower it by $20-30 knowing i'm a returning customer and have sent a few customers her way. I called today to speak to her and tell her how unprofessional it was and she got pretty loud and told me she's hanging up on me. I would like to take this to the owner because that was terrible but apparently he's on vacation for a few weeks. I highly recommend checking out other cabinet stores where they remain professional instead of blocking you.
