No ownership, no urgency, and no solution. Selling expensive appliances is easy, but standing behind your product and warranty is what matters--and Pacific Sales failed completely. been dealing with alex for about 12 yrs off and on , good guy knows his stuff…read more they have a great yard with the biggest selection and always getting new stone after a number 0f kitchen and baths with customers it was time to do my own and alex took care of me sent over a crew member to make templates and take measurements so i knew exactly how many sq yards of stone worked out to 2 full slabs remember your dealing with stone there is no second chance or redo's. went and put my deposit on 2 slabs which once you start looking at there yard youll go nuts with so many choices once picked it was time for his crew to do there magic they delivered 2 weeks later and installed these heavy ass counters with all the pieces from to slabs where other shops told me three because they dont have the skill to use every inch. kitchen came out awesome .. remember also you cant be in a rush, and always communicate alex answered his personal phone everytime i called over the 2 month process .
