I since then lost the receipts he gave me: My jacuzzi faucet broke and we went looking for this place. My customer bought a faucet. We told them they only had the rough-in part, which was fine since we could install it and add the finish after the tile was done. However, we were later told the rest would arrive in 5 weeks. By then, we had already bought and installed the rough-in, so we had no choice but to wait. I ordered another faucet, but they sent me to a different location to pick it up. In September we bought the Hydro Systems Regan 6632 Tub with Whirlpool and accessories in order #30075385 from ModernBathroom.com. It was delivered on a wooden pallet by forklift and our contractors installed the tub on November 27, 2024. When they tested the tub they found 3 seals were leaking in the piping inside the tub. I immediately informed ModernBathroom.com. After that there were several very frustrating weeks of sending and resending video and pics of the leaks and retelling the issues several times until finally a plumber was sent on January 10, 2025. The plumber that ModernBathroom.com sent did not test the tub himself. He simply looked at the video and put on a new gasket or washer and resealed with silicone and told us he couldn't test it after either due to the silicone needing to dry for 48 hours. We then rescheduled our installers on January 28, 2025 who came out and began working and tested the tub and they found two NEW leaks. One from the motor and one in what looks like the body of the tub itself. We reached out yet again to ModernBathroom.com who asked us to send the pics and video yet again. At this point we stated we did not want any more failed attempts at repair and could we just get a refund and we need to be reimbursed for removing the tub. It was at that point they stopped responding to calls or voicemail. We have since bought a replacement tub and have rescheduled our contractors YET AGAIN. This kind of customer service and quality of product reflects terribly not only on ModernBathroom.com but also on Hydro Systems. read more

I purchased four brand new bathtubs, and two of them were defective and leaking. When I requested replacements, the store refused. If you want to avoid wasting money on defective products and costly installation, stay away from this store. The items they sell are either faulty or of very low quality. Reply to business manager: It doesn't matter whether the defective tubs are returned with or without the box; you should dispose of the defective items. Your insistence on receiving the box gives the impression that you intend to cover up the issue and resell the products to another unaware customer. I had ordered two vanities online from modern bathroom worth about $2200. I also ordered two sidesplash from them for about $200 total. Unfortunately, the sidesplash did not fit and i will have to return the item. Buyers beware of their return policy. They charge 20% restocking, an unknown amount for shipping ( the shipping was free/included in the price) and I have to ship the item back. So folks get pennies on the $. I have dealt with amazon, build.com, vintagetub, etc. and these guys have the worst return policy of all. Also their return policy online is not clear. read more

My sister was searching for a Toto one-piece toilet as her husband had a stroke in January. To take care of his personal needs we were interested in investing in a Toto bidet/toilet, which are top of the line and quite pricey. Luckily we got in contact with Richard Veranian, who is an exemplary employee and a credit to Modern Bathroom. He was incredibly patient and knowledgable, answering every question I had, even the most mundane and goofy ones.
