    Tables next to the truck.
    Diego A.

We were leaving a nearby business and we're hungry, when we caught site of this food truck part in that same shopping center. I love Colombian cart and truck food, so I figured this would be a hit. They had table set up next to the food truck, which was nice. Sauces and utensils were easily accessible. The staff was nice enough. The place was... a parking lot, so not much to say about that. The food was phenomenal. We had a couple of hotdogs and a picada. So much flavor! Huge portions. Don't forget the sauces, if you're taking it to go. That's half the experience right there .

Been coming here for almost 16 years. The Colombian hamburgers are amazing! Love all the sauces they provide. 10/10.

Doesn't look appetizing but is actually tasty for a food truck. Not sure what time it's open until but we went at 11:30 pm and it was open so it is a good place for a late night meal. We got fries, chicken quesadilla and mixed tacos (beef and chicken). We got a tiny cup of sauce for all of that so make sure to ask for extra because it was definitely not enough.

Great flavored food and authenticity. The service is relatively quick whether to pick up or to eat on site and the Spanish ambiance is top tier in my opinion. Their late night hours are the best. Definitely worth bookmarking!

    Hamburguesa Paisa FLAVORFUL!!!!!

This place hands down has the most delicious hamburgers I have tried. I'm so addicted to them, I'm honestly glad they are about 25 minutes from my house without traffic because I would want to eat them every day. Lets start off by saying this is a Colombian food truck. The parking is perfect as they are located in the Chase bank parking lot, you will definitely find parking. This place is always crowded and that's what really caught my attention. You have to wait a while for your food but it's worth your time. There are tables and chairs for you to eat it there, this time we sat and ate there. Customer service is great as well, very friendly and the lady taking your order explains if you don't know the menu. I'm so glad I tried it. I have been back three times. This time we had Hamburguesa Paisa- double meat( seasoned to perfection) lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, shoestring fries, and their special sauce. Arepa con todo- arepa(corn meal cake) meat, chicken, pork rind, sausage, corn, and their special sauce. And Frech Fries Everything was so delicious, we definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we will be coming back for more.

Two empanadas de carne. Cold inside the empanada. Not tasty.

We came to this location because the previous owner had a Colombian restaurant too. We didn't know it changed owners and name. But once we sat down, we knew everything was off. The restaurant looked like those little Pueblo restaurants in telenovelas. Cutesy but the height of the tables were weird. Luckily, we found a table I could use. It was the middle of the day. Empty. Not one customer. That should have been my red flag. But we were hungry. Bad idea. We ordered the mojarra Frita. No flavor. Left half of it there. Rice? Horrible. I'm Colombian American. And this rice was not it. I left all my food. They asked us if we wanted to take it home. No way! Rice was stuck. Red beans were greasy. Is that even possible? Yes! I learned the hard way. They gave us potato salad with the meal. That's a first for me. Not worth taking home either. Tostones? No, sweetie. One tostone. That's it. Maybe the ambiance was okay but we went to eat and left hungry. The service was okay. I felt bad because it wasn't her fault the food wasn't good. The ambiance was better than the food. I did like the video on the large screen.

So delicious! Can be a long wait, especially on weekends. I definitely recommend calling ahead and then picking it up. It was ready in 15 min when I called and I didn't have to wait in line and for food to be cooked

Asados el Paisa takes the crown for for Colombian food trucks. They have chairs and tables for if you want to sit and eat. You can call and make an order for pick up. This franchisees definitely ahead of its game. I was introduced to this food truck back in 2014 and I've been a fan ever since. Service is fast, and food is excellent. Asados never fails. I usually order the same thing either a maicito mixto or a burger. Guaranteed to fill you up just right. The perros taste authentic. Add a postobon to what ever you order and you won't be disappointed. They have another truck on bird road. I don't know the exact address but before 107 ave. Meaning you don't have to drive all the way to Kendall for some good Colombian street food !!! Definitely 5 stars worthy : )

Asados El Paisa really hits the spot! If you haven't tried this food truck before, you're MISSING OUT! They've got a whole bunch of choices to choose from, and if you don't know what to get, the staff is very friendly and recommend their popular dishes. We tried the Arepa con Todo and the Maicitos Mixtos. Both delicious and very filling! Everything was cooked perfectly and the sauces make it so much tastier. It does get packed at night, so parking isn't ideal because of the location that it's in. They do have tables and chairs outside though, which is nice. Price wise? I would say they're a bit pricy. For those two items, total was $22, which is expensive for a food truck meal. But overall, the food is tasty and filling and I would highly recommend you give this place at least one try!

It took a little while, but completely understandable and the wait time was convenient for how packed the place was. The only reason I'm giving a four instead of a five was the service was a LITTLE slow. I understand again they were doing as good a job as possible for how packed the place was, but I had asked for water when our server took our order and I didn't get water till every single person at our table had to reask for water and I finally got some post meal. Our server was really nice, but again, took a while to get water, but we got another round of sangria and received those before the water. The place was bumping and people were dancing and having a good time. I would MAYBE check this place out again on a slower day. I hear they have mariachi!

Some Colombian restaurants rent in places where the lease is absorbed by the paying customer in the charge of food- this is simply not the case here This restaurant is a staple of the area and don't be surprised to walk in and hear patrons greet the staff as if they were regulars because they most certainly are familiar faces I ordered a bone broth to start with grilled steak and rice entrée and finished with a cup of coffee that was brewed to perfection This is the kind of place you go for quality food in a cozy environment Parking is somewhat limited out front, which adds to the exclusivity of it unless you're in a walking distance While I was there, I also noticed a multitude of Mobile dining orders, which lets you know plenty of people want with this place has to offer and after having eaten here today, I can completely see why: great food great staff amazing price points

The girl that answered was super friendly and told me they could have them ready for the time I ordered, which was great!! I got to the location for my pick up and the whole parking situation was a mess. I had to park a bit far, which was more of an inconvenience than an actual problem. Once in there, I went to the counter where there were 3 ladies working. I'm literally in front of them and about 4 minutes went by before any of them even acknowledged my presence. I'm the one that finally spoke up and said "buenas tardes" and they acted as if I had just miraculously appeared in front of them. I find this absolutely shocking, as most Colombian restaurants are so welcoming and polite. I ask for my order and they tell me to wait a moment. About another 5 minutes go by and they bring out my order horribly covered with some aluminum foil. In the car I grabbed an empanada to have a taste and it is all burned inside and out. When I got to my gathering I removed the aluminum foil and about 10 empanadas were in the same badly burned condition. These empanadas cost a little over $2 a piece! I paid $90+!! I understand Saturday was the Colombia game and they must have been swamped, but if you can't provide quality product, don't overwhelm yourself by taking on more than your kitchen can handle. The oil must not have been the right temperature cause the empanadas were extremely greasy. Luckily we were able to place them on some paper towels to soak up the grease and most of them were consumed. Everyone said that the taste was decent, but they were definitely over fried. I have no idea what their food and service is if you dine in, however I highly recommend not ordering out. There's much better Colombian places.

We were able to get one of the servers to look at us after a couple of minutes of sitting there. They brought us a little palate-opener of a small portion of a simple soup. They had a margarita special we tried, $5 frozen margaritas. The maracuya (passion fruit) one was a solid choice. I also ordered the mojarra frita with white rice, tostones, and salad. The rice was really undercooked. The waiter tried to appease us by bringing us more of the same uncooked rice. We were not the only table to say something about it because our neighbors confirmed they too received the same and were also unhappy. Other than that, the rest of my meal was great. However, I will say my mom was very upset with her experience and expressed that her chicken wasn't prepared well either.
