Picada (enough for 4 ppl) -- lots of food!
    Alejandro L.

An authentic with a smile and flavor of Colombia. They have all the famous, traditional dishes from the country I love and their prices are super reasonable. They have all the things like Colombiana soda, and the Picada which get you all the different flavors to share over a table. Love this spot. Will def be back! ;-)

Super flavorful cazuela de cerdo bowl with Colombian sausage, pork belly, sweet corn cake, fried egg, avocado, and rice. Kept me full for a second meal after taking it home! The 4 Leches cake is also decadent to share. It was a busy night, plenty of outdoor seating along Biscayne Boulevard!

Everything we got tasted really good. It's nothing special but always good quality. Would recommend for a quick lunch

Food and drinks were great! Loved the two Colombian beers they have, and the wine based cocktails tasted strong yet balanced. I got the mojito with lulo and definitely could taste the orange-y lulo without overpowering the drink. The empanadas were great: great dough and the filling was super flavorful. You can tell whoever prepared it did it with care because the filling was packed and didn't have oil pour out after the first bite. Make sure to add aji to it! For the entree, I split the picada personal. The chicharon was well fried but still had that pork belly texture without being overly fatty. The Colombian chorizo was so good as well, and the fries were super well seasoned. The meat and chicken had great lime flavor, but I didn't like the way it was presented. It was chopped up in small chunks, resembling meat from a Chipotle bowl. I think it made it look cheap or like remaining scraps from another dish; presentation aside, the flavor of the meats were great. The arepas left something to be desired for--I would prefer traditional small, thick arepas. However, the rice and beans were spot on/textbook Colombian rice and beans (SOOO good). The only issue was with the service. It was quite busy, so I understand that, but I didn't have anyone really attend to me once things got settled. Nonetheless, would highly recommend for great, authentic Colombian food!

Food: It had been a long time since I had Colombian sancocho, and I found this place. It was delicious, with a very rich and authentic flavor, super homemade. For starters, I had the arepas with ahogao, and they were amazing. Service: Super friendly and very attentive to everything we needed. Ambience: It's in a great location and played Colombian music, making me feel like I was back in my beloved country.

Absolutely amazing food! So filling and delicious. We got a beef empanada to start, the Bandeja Paisa plate and fried yucca to share. More than enough food. Highly recommend. Atmosphere was excellent and so were the servers.

Really delicious food and great for sharing! Their tequeños were really good and their bowls easily feed two people.

The place is amazing, the food is spectacular and the people are nice. The music is Hispanic and there is a bar too. Most definitely coming back.

I have always wondered about Palo Quemao and finally tried it a couple of months ago. I had a friend visiting and he loves Colombian food. We got there and luckily we were able to get a table for 3. Bigger parties were waiting outside for tables so we were really lucky! To start I ordered a Lulo juice, I fell in love with this fruit when I visited Colombia and I was so happy they had it on the menu! My boyfriend and friend both got some Colombian soda, Postobon and they liked it. To start we shared some Arepas con Queso, good but way too greasy, Tequeños, which were delicious, and Cheese Empanadas which were big, yummy, and greasy too. We also got the Bandeja Paisa which was huge! Perfect for 2-3 people and I got a side of the rice and beans because I couldn't get over how good they were! The place is cute and clean and the server was welcoming.

Brought an out of town friend here! We really enjoyed our meal here - service was super friendly, and the food was exactly what we were looking for. Weather was good, so we sat at one of the many tables outside. We got three things - the Ajiaca Santafereno (chicken soup), empanadas, and the Bandeja Paisa to try a bunch of different proteins. We found this place because I searched "soup" near "my current location." We were not disappointed by the Ajiaca Santafereno It was hearty, flavorful, and exactly what I wanted. We liked the crispness of the empanadas. As two Asian Americans, both of us were big fans of the pork belly and liked how the rice is a little different from Chinese / Vietnamese rice. Wasn't obsessed with the steak in this order, but we liked everything else in the Bandeja Paisa. Will be returning with my husband! This is a great spot for something that feels a little more homey, but elevated.

A convenient doordash option while visiting Miami. Unfortunately because I was in Miami for a work trip, I was also still working west coast hours and having to eat dinner in my room over meetings. The projections for delivery were on point and they only delivered to the front desk and not to the room, so be prepared to go down to grab the takeout. I got a carne bowl, caldo, and guanabana juice. Everything was so good and reminded me of my grandmother in laws cooking! I especially loved the caldo which had a lot of shredded chicken, big chunks of potato and authentic Latin flavors. The guanabana juice was super sweet but refreshing. A great to go dinner.

My friend was visiting from NC and asked me a good place to visit. I mentioned this place right away because it was on my list of places to visit. We sat outside and Aurora was our server. Everything looks and smells great. If you have passed by there, you will know. We ordered a picada personal and a few Aguilas. I will be back again for sure. Great food and service.

Loved this place! Didn't plan on eating here and stumbled upon it on maps. Exceeded my expectations for sure! The tequeños were AMAZING! Perfectly crisp on the outside and melted on the inside just like they should be (not all places make them well lol) . we got the parilla for 4 which was HUGEEE couldn't even finish it . The server was very attentive with us.

It took a little while, but completely understandable and the wait time was convenient for how packed the place was. The only reason I'm giving a four instead of a five was the service was a LITTLE slow. I understand again they were doing as good a job as possible for how packed the place was, but I had asked for water when our server took our order and I didn't get water till every single person at our table had to reask for water and I finally got some post meal. Our server was really nice, but again, took a while to get water, but we got another round of sangria and received those before the water. The place was bumping and people were dancing and having a good time. I would MAYBE check this place out again on a slower day. I hear they have mariachi!

Some Colombian restaurants rent in places where the lease is absorbed by the paying customer in the charge of food- this is simply not the case here This restaurant is a staple of the area and don't be surprised to walk in and hear patrons greet the staff as if they were regulars because they most certainly are familiar faces I ordered a bone broth to start with grilled steak and rice entrée and finished with a cup of coffee that was brewed to perfection This is the kind of place you go for quality food in a cozy environment Parking is somewhat limited out front, which adds to the exclusivity of it unless you're in a walking distance While I was there, I also noticed a multitude of Mobile dining orders, which lets you know plenty of people want with this place has to offer and after having eaten here today, I can completely see why: great food great staff amazing price points

The girl that answered was super friendly and told me they could have them ready for the time I ordered, which was great!! I got to the location for my pick up and the whole parking situation was a mess. I had to park a bit far, which was more of an inconvenience than an actual problem. Once in there, I went to the counter where there were 3 ladies working. I'm literally in front of them and about 4 minutes went by before any of them even acknowledged my presence. I'm the one that finally spoke up and said "buenas tardes" and they acted as if I had just miraculously appeared in front of them. I find this absolutely shocking, as most Colombian restaurants are so welcoming and polite. I ask for my order and they tell me to wait a moment. About another 5 minutes go by and they bring out my order horribly covered with some aluminum foil. In the car I grabbed an empanada to have a taste and it is all burned inside and out. When I got to my gathering I removed the aluminum foil and about 10 empanadas were in the same badly burned condition. These empanadas cost a little over $2 a piece! I paid $90+!! I understand Saturday was the Colombia game and they must have been swamped, but if you can't provide quality product, don't overwhelm yourself by taking on more than your kitchen can handle. The oil must not have been the right temperature cause the empanadas were extremely greasy. Luckily we were able to place them on some paper towels to soak up the grease and most of them were consumed. Everyone said that the taste was decent, but they were definitely over fried. I have no idea what their food and service is if you dine in, however I highly recommend not ordering out. There's much better Colombian places.

We were able to get one of the servers to look at us after a couple of minutes of sitting there. They brought us a little palate-opener of a small portion of a simple soup. They had a margarita special we tried, $5 frozen margaritas. The maracuya (passion fruit) one was a solid choice. I also ordered the mojarra frita with white rice, tostones, and salad. The rice was really undercooked. The waiter tried to appease us by bringing us more of the same uncooked rice.
