All I can say is their employee Mike is the best ‼ I just want to share with everyone an amazing thing that happened this morning. On my way home from taking my brother Tim to his weekly therapy appointment we got a flat tire , I was able to get off the road and out of traffic. my brother has MS and is in an Amigo so his van is the only way he can be transported. We called AAA and were told it would be about 2 hours before they could get there to change the tire. My brother suggested I call my husband to pick me up and he would wait alone, absolutely not I told him . Just as I was calling my husband to let him know we would be late a young man pulled up behind us . I asked him if he was from AAA and he said no that he was on his way to install a windshield for a customer and saw we had a flat and decided to turn around and come back and change the tire for us as his good deed for the day In this day and age to have someone just stop to help just because he saw a van with a flat we were still inside the van so he had no idea my handicap brother was inside. I am 66yr and I have never experienced such an act of kindness of what this young man did. ASAP Auto Glass recently installed a new windshield on my Mazda 3 and I couldn't be happier with the results. First of all, their price was over $100 less than the big national company, so I was a little worried that meant service or installation wouldn't be at the same level. I was so wrong. They made it easy to set up my appointment and they maintained communication with me on the day of install so I knew when to expect Mike (the awesome technician). My windshield was installed quickly and I was back on the road that night. I however noticed some wind resistance noise that wasn't there before, so I called and that same day they had Mike, who couldn't have been more apologetic came out to look at the windshield. He saw the issue and quickly fixed it. Now my car is even more quiet than before the new windshield.I hope to not need another windshield for awhile, but if I do I know I will contact ASAP Auto Glass for the repair/replacement. read more

My parents went through their insurance to fix a chip from a rock. $500 deductible and they were referred to Safelite who "fixed it" at the house. It was HORRIBLE. Meanwhile, their minivan had a spider cracked windshield. Sometimes ya just gotta take care of your folks. I read reviews online for ASAP Auto Glass and gave them a call. They quoted $260 for a brand new windshield for their 2018 Dodge Caravan. Told me they could be at the house TOMORROW morning between 10/11a. Y'all, Angel showed up at 10a sharp. He was professional, personable, and his quality of work was exceptional. I am so glad I made this call. I had a large crack on my windshield and had to have it replaced fast. I called safelite, fast glass and every other glass company in the Las Vegas, Pahrump area I was just about pay $355.00+ when I called at 9 at night on a Friday I never expected anyone to answer but Lucia did and she was incredibly helpful she got me an appointment the next day even tried to get me in earlier. She was still awesome when I had to be an hour later than we had agreed. The technician Mike showed up promptly and ready to get to work. Can't stress how grateful I am for their services. My car was broken into while I was at the gym. My driver side window was shattered and I was worried because I don't have a secured parking place and I didn't want to leave my car outside like that. This place was amazing. I got my window fixed that same day. A tech went to my house to fix it. I was able to just wait at home, which was great considering the circumstances. Same day service is a major life saver! I have been using this company for over 2 years. They are so reliable, polite and make these frustrating times much easier. (Mostly because their prices are so cheap) Ive had 2 door glasses and 2 windshields replaced by this company. They have also given me 2 rock chip repairs at NO COST. The technician Angel was actually 15 mins early than the scheduled time which was super nice! Made it easier for me to get back to my day. He also was way under the time he quoted. He told me it would be 45 minutes or less and he finished much quicker than 45. So quick so efficient! Stephanie that answered the phone and scheduled me was a pleasure to speak with. We had a car crash around 12:30am involving a pedestrian landing on our windshield. The pedestrian was fine with a few bumps and bruises but our windshield shattered! ASAP Auto Glass came out the following afternoon and installed a brand new windshield in less than 1hr!!! Their service was not only fast but great care in the quality as well! Terrible experience. First windshield I had to have the installer come out 3 times, after the 3rd attempt air was coming in so it wasn't sealed. Installer came back out with new glass, installed it and the seal started detaching a couple days after. I contacted the company and was told I was out $170 because they are only willing to refund $100 and that my concern was "only cosmetic" (see pics) Went with SafeLite and it was properly done the first time with zero issue. I loved loved this service! My Hyundai Sonata had a small chip that I didn't move fast enough to get such a small area fixed turned into a crawling crack with the summer heat which would have cost me dbl the price with other companies and come to them with a week and a half out...ASAP came out and within an hr the tech Angel did his magic!
