I had a terrible experience at CA Auto Glass on Las Vegas Blvd on Sunday, April 12, 2026. I called ahead that morning to get a quote to replace my front passenger window, which had cracked after being hit by a rock. I was quoted $178, but the guy on the phone emphasized that this price was "only for today," which already felt a bit suspicious. Still, I agreed and drove about 15 miles across town to get it done. When I arrived, I was immediately met by an employee who came off rude and aggressive. After I explained I had a quote, he questioned whether they even had the window and started walking away. That should've been my sign to leave, but I decided to give them a chance. Inside, another employee confirmed the $178 price and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I also asked about tinting afterward and was told that was handled by a separate business next door. I left and came back about 45 minutes later, and my car appeared finished. I paid via Zelle, and they immediately pushed me to leave a Google review before I even had a chance to inspect the work. Thankfully, I didn't submit anything yet. That's when everything went downhill. When I went to the tint shop, I noticed major scratches all over the replacement window--not small marks, but deep, visible scratches that actually obstruct my view of the right-side mirror while driving. The tint technician even confirmed they were bad scratches. I brought this to their attention, and instead of taking responsibility, the employee told me, in a rude tone, "You bought a used window, what do you expect?" -- which was NEVER clearly explained to me beforehand. Then he said he could replace it again--but wanted to charge me an additional $300, plus I'd have to pay for tint again. Completely unacceptable. Another employee tried to come out and look, but the rude worker cut him off and said, "It doesn't matter what he says, I'm the one in charge here," and then walked away. So now I've paid $178 for a damaged, scratched-up window that is actually unsafe to drive with because it blocks visibility. This place is completely unprofessional, misleading, and takes no accountability for poor work. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this business. Had to update my review once I realized my windshield wiper fluid is now not spraying. I look around under the hood and they disconnected the hose to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir and now I can't find where to put it back so it's just spraying all over the hood area lol what a joke. I don't know what they do for windshields, but their sunfoor repairs are a different story. Went there in October 2024 to have the sunfoof on my Audi SQ 5 repaired/replaced. Got a half-assed receipt with no last name, address, model number and make of Audi and no specific repair information or method of paymen, and then NEVER got a legitimate formal receipt outlining the work that was done when I requested it for my insurance people a couple of months ago. Then on June 19th 2025, (two days ago), the same problem occured. The same exact piece broke that I paid $900.00 to have replaced. I will be taking it to a more "PROFESSIONAL" repair service this time. I'm not going to be a fool this time, knowing my prior experience with this company. I want it repaired right and I'd like a "real invoice and receipt" this time. Talk about one HUGE headache. read more

My windshield was cracked and I searched around for quotes. After speaking with Karen I made an appointment for the following day for the tech Agustin to come to my house. Later that night my daughter had an ear infection we went to the ER and was submitted to the children's hospital. The following day less than an hour before my appointment i called Karen to let her know I was at the hospital with the vehicle in the parking lot. Karen assured me the tech could come to the hospital and do it there. Agustin found the car very easily and replaced the windshield in about 20 minutes. Avoid this place at all cost! They have bad business practices! The service was quick and easy, but I don't like how I was told once price over the phone and charged another price when I got there. They even texted me the price of the windshield to be $175.00 yet the girl in the office charged me $180 and ignored me when I said something about it. Hopefully the extra five dollars she took me goes to the person installed the windshield. Updated review: They broke my review mirror and the owner attempted to charge me and extra $20 to replace and become upset because I refused to pay for damage they caused. Then they replaced the mirror that is not my mirror. The owner got upset with me because I stood firm that I was not paying something I didn't break. He was also upset over the top review because they quoted me once and charged me an extra $5. He also told me God was going to get me karma is real. My windshield cracked 2 days ago- not exactly sure how but it happened but I knew I needed it fixed immediately. I got a recommendation from Ted Wiens to get my windshield fully replaced because the crack was about 2 ft long and unrepairable. Called this morning for a quote, Safelite quoted me $450, CA auto glass gave me a MUCH better quote of $150 for the whole replacement and told me I could come in at any time. I RAN out to get my car in- the guys there were so nice and worked really fast, I was out in about an hour with a completely new windshield and the best part- the quote was really the price. There were no hidden fees or costs that were tacked on. They really made my life a thousand times easier. I'd absolutely recommend this place for their professionalism and flexibility. After some jerk smashed my window and broke into my car, I embarked on a quest to replace my passenger window. I got quotes from places all over the valley (big shout out to Yelp for helping me get quotes pretty easily). CA Auto Glass came in with the best price for original OEM glass. I drove out to North Town and they had it replaced all under an hour. They came in almost $150 under the next cheapest quote. They have a pretty big operation going on replacing glass, doing tint and other automotive services. Decent sized waiting area with drinks to hang out in as well. I had gone here almost 2 weeks ago, due to the value for replacing the windshield and the responsiveness of the owner Gabriel, I called in the morning to get it done and they said it would take about 45 minutes. So I immediately drove there as my windshield's crack was getting bigger. They definitely got the job done and since it's technically an outdoor shop, you're able to see them work on replacing the windshield, which was pretty cool! Seeing the breakdown of the windshield to them putting a new one was pretty interesting to see. Although, the service was great I do have some complaints. 1. They don't accept card, but they do accept Zelle. So if your bank has Zelle then you'll be fine. If not then you'll have to bring cash or use their ATM that they have. 2. They kept asking if I had the keys, I had like 4 different people ask me: The cashier, 2 of the mechanics and the first initial person who talked to me and actually took my keys to put it on a tray with other customers keys. Why would you ask me, if you were the one who took it from me? If my keys were lost, then they would be responsible because I physically handed it to them. Despite the 2 complaints, which one of them can be fixed. I do recommend coming here the value and the service is efficient. It is a bit of a drive from where I live, but it is definitely worth it. read more

Called to have them install a custom cut windshield for industrial equipment. They were on time and ready to go. Turns out the window was too large. No prob. These guys took it to their shop and trimmed it. And they made a rear window as well (last minute decision). Basically they came through despite lots of curve balls. Great value and a fair price. I'd hire them again not problem. Small language issue. I don't speak Spanish and the field guys didn't speak English. But we made it work. read more

My son's windshield had a spiderweb like crack hitting all 4 corners. I received an estimate of $185 on WhatsApp for mobile service or $160 if I brought the car in. I called back a week later to schedule the appointment over the phone but was told $200. When I explained that I had received a lower quoted price the guy had me screen shot my message and then send my address information. I did as requested and he honored the original quote and I made the appointment for the following day at 11 am. The next day they showed up to my home and earlier than I expected which was fine. They completed the job in 30 min, I transferred funds via Zelle (otherwise have cash) and I collected my receipt. Based on the convenience of coming to my home alone will have me use them again for any of my cars. Oh and Safelite cost more based on their quote and I've used them in the past. Never again. I had my front passenger window smashed by vandals at the Buffalo Station Casino Parking Garage Level 3 while I went to a movie. I found CAGI Auto Class in North Las Vegas and asked for a quote at 11pm. At 1130pm Gabriel rhe owner quoted me a great price. Got to the shop at 730am and Gabriel and his workers got right to work.
