I had a huge crack through the entire windshield, it was a must i replace it. I thought the price was reasonable. The lady answer during holiday which I believe is a huge plus. This place was awesome! My car was almost broken into from an unknown person who left that hole in my sunroof and fingerprints all over my windows, I did a police report and police took the prints from my car, and their receptionist or whoever handles the phone and scheduling was very nice and was extremely helpful through price quotes, what day, and even sent pics of my sunroof and full body of car to make sure it's the right fit! She even understood how my situation was with the sunroof as well. They offer mobile services which is what they did and it went great! The guy who fixed it was nice and very fast but careful, cleaned up all pieces of glass even inside of my car just in case if there were pieces. It looks amazing, and I'm so grateful for their fast response, helpful staff, and the price was great as well! $612! Most places that I called wanted $1,000+, Safelite even said I needed to replace my whole sunroof, not just the glass like wtf no. When I first stumbled upon this business I thought it was a dream come true. To set the story, some random wonderful person decided it was a good idea to smash my driver's window while I was parked getting late night Korean BBQ on Spring Mountain. It was a nasty surprise to come out to following a great dinner with friends and the following hour was me trying to clean up all the glass. Following a frustrating run around with my insurance not wanting to work with the dealership, I started looking for other places that fit Within the deductible. I called and instead of being greeted with a swift auto glass or any name of the business it was just a generic hello. I had to actually confirm that the business was actually there and I didn't just reach a random person. I was initially very pleased because they were going to come to me, replace the glass, and I didn't have to go running all over Las Vegas. Sounded great. I didn't receive any text or email confirmations but after calling the office to confirm that the gentleman was actually coming, he arrived in a pickup truck and did the job quickly while his friend or whoever waited for him. He replaced the window but then informed me that the window mechanism was broken as well. He offered to fix it but I already was frustrated at the fact that my window interior was scratched up from the shards of flying glass at the initial break in and decided this was not the route I should have gone. I told him I would follow up with swift Auto and my insurance since this would take me beyond the deductible. Long story short, Swift Auto does not want to work with insurance. They are for those who want to have the window fixed quickly but will openly refuse to deal with insurance. Swift, they truly are. To add the biggest insult to this injury the man replacing my window did not remove any of the glass inside the door. Every time it opened or closed you could hear it sliding around. I was beside myself, it sounded TERRIBLE. Thankfully, I managed to find another place that not only repaired the door mechanism, but also removed the glass and replaced the door panels that were scratched. When I made a point of telling the gentleman I was working with that the other business that I really appreciated them removing all the glass pieces inside the door gave me a look and said of course, that's what you do when you repair a window. They replaced a passenger side window with faulty glass that cracked. The do not guarantee their work at all - not even for a year. So we just wasted our money completely. They offered to replace again at full price. Thats seems like an incredibly bad idea. Make sure you if understand all their terms before using. Or better yet, look elsewhere. read more

Customer Service, Quality, Timeliness She even called me 45 minutes prior to my appointment time. Got me in as soon as I arrived (7 pm). I was out of there in less than an hour. Don't expect a fancy place. Also name was not Presto Auto Glass, (Swift Auto Glass), but address was correct...4685 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV. I am sad, because I have done business with this company before and have been very happy with service where I gave a 5 star rating(they also go by Henderson mobile auto glass AND I guess a few other names. Why, I do not know). I recently had them service my vehicle again...this time for driver regulator power window repair, and it would be unfair to say the service was not rendered well....it was, with great satisfactory. However, the reason for stars removed are the following: I had to also hand him a left over bag that I guess the regulator came in, and a piece from my door he forgot to snap back in place. Okay. But the next day when I drove my car, and rolled down the wrong window, I went to roll back up, and that the area for the power window(where all your little buttons are on the door panel), was very loose, and not attached like it was prior to repair(By using the upward motion to close window is was what made this issue noticeable, not the visual placement of it just sitting there). I called to see if maybe it just needs to be tightened....I was not asking for money, or refund, or be replaced, or anything as such...nor would I....I just called to see if it can be tightened back to what it was. Never heard back after few interactions regarding this....ignored. I guess I should have figured that out when I was told to send pics, they wouldn't go through, I called back stating this, and actually received laughter as the initial response. Again, the work was performed as agreed, and done well quite frankly :) The booking was straight forward, and quick. Mind you....even with him leaving trash that I had to hand him, and the small plastic piece he accidentally left off my door I still tipped. I LOVE that this is a small business within the community, rather than one of those big box corporations, or dealerships. I am seeking long term business relationships, businesses that I can repeat visit over the long haul, and I thought I found it here. But, I cannot co-sign or risk continued referring of them if ignoring clients is a go-to method of remedying situations, especially when I am just asking for your time to find a solution to something that was not occurring prior to repair/replacement of the regulator. All I was asking for was your suggestion/ professional opinion to get it to stay back in place. This could have been achieved via text, email, a phone call....unfortunately no response/ignoring was the chosen method of communication. I am not angry, just disappointed because I think it is getting harder and harder to find small businesses that understand how to keep clients that are looking to stick with them for the long haul. It's easier for many small businesses, I think, to just assume ALL interactions have a potential for rude/mean clients, rather than adjust conduct and really get a feel of the differences of clients who are really seeking a long term relationship of business dealings. Shame on me for thinking my repeat business meant something. So, if you are seeking service...without expectation of voicing concerns or extra questions related to your repairs....and understand you WILL BE IGNORED...they are fine. This place is completely shady. I got a bill from this company but They are listed on google as Las Vegas Auto Glass Repair, which is who I thought I was doing business with, with a completely different address. I chose them because of their free valet service as my car was broken into on the strip. They brought the wrong color glass and charged my card and it wasn't the price originally quoted, and they forged my signature with the spelling all wrong. They said they'd come back to fix it and then they had to reschedule because the time frame they told me was wrong. So two days later Elmer, who pretends he works for the company, to get additional tips, is actually the owner. I was kind to him because all the mix ups didn't seem to be his fault. He left in a rush as I checked from my drivers side the power window was working only to find when I looked from the outside it was installed poorly, with the molding all crooked, and it won't just pop back in. So I called and the number that used to work over a24 hour period stopped being answered. Finally I texted and she called back but that valet service I paid extra for (even though they say it's free), I paid $80 more than a competitor (cheap auto glass and power glass repair: should have gone to them) because of the valet service. Now I have to jump through hoops because it's a "warranty problem" and she said I should speak to the owner. Elmer comes on the phone and tells me in Spanish that I should just go somewhere else then if I'm not happy, abd I asked if he saw the pictures that he did the work on and he said I was very "especial", "delicada", basically it was my problem. Well I'm posting the pics because this work is crap and he's a hustler. I'm going to call the better business bureau and report both of their "businesses". How easy would it have been to have simply come back and fixed it. I would never have written a bad review if it were fixed. Now I have a do-it-yourself looking window. This is the worst repair company I have ever dealt with in my life. I asked these people repeatedly to provide an itemized receipt for my insurance company, they claimed I would receive an email which I NEVER DID. So I called and left a message as they do not answer the phone anymore asking for the receipt to be sent via text instead as I did not receive either of the two emails that girl I spoke to claimed to have sent. NEVER got a text an email or a call response. I paid close to 800 dollars for my repair and this is the kind of service I have received. Now I have to make a special trip using my free time to look someone in the face at this company to demand a receipt for the shitty work done on my vehicle. Dont waste your time or energy with these people. They're unprofessional as hell and overpriced. read more

If I could put down zero stars I would. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! . This place is terrible and their customer service is hands down the worst. If there ever is a review to read and save you from a headache make it this one. They installed my new window and it started out fine the very next day I went to roll it down at Starbucks and boom it falls out of the track and comes crashing down on the door. I called the company back right away and they told me they would call me back. Fast forward about an hour with no call I called again and got IGNORED and sent to voicemail. I got a text from the same number saying will call you back shortly. I waited and waited again and finally got a call back about an hour after that. I informed them again of the issue talked to a "manager" named Joselyn who told me without even seeing the car that it was a bad window regulator and that I would need to pay an additional fee to fix this. I told her that simply is not the issue and someone needs to get back out here to fix this issue and she refused and again said that it would be an additional charge. She was rude and unprofessional and could care less about the customer or anything. After this I went outside and took the door panel off myself and found what I suspected the bolts were never tightened and the window simply fell off the track. All this could have been avoided but JOSELYN rudely refused. Zero stars and stay away!! Run save your money go anywhere else but here. Terrible service read more

These people are absolutely unprofessional they broke my window regulator and said that it was broken prior to them fixing the glass the lady who calls herself a manager Joselyn is absolutely disgusting of a person and completely unprofessional. She used profanity and hung up on me 2 times. She kept on saying that they were the professionals and that we didn't know what we were talking about and so we would have to go all the way to Boulder City to drive over there and get it fixed and pay for separate service fee for their incompetence.. read more
