Service ok. Just wish that they would let me know they wouldn't be cleaning up after themselves. Came out to all this glass in the driveway and the street. Even offered the two gentlemen some cold water and this is what they leave? Unbelievable. They had to ask me for a broom because they didn't have one? Only tool I saw them use was a tiny leaf blower and that caused all the glass to fly all the way over to the rocks. What if my dog cuts their foot when I take them on a walk? Then what? Upon further inspection after I swept up the remainder of the glass that I can clean myself I find a pile of glass on the rocks. They just tossed shattered glass to the side???! While on a road trip my windshield was hit by something hard enough to cause a few chips so once I returned home I went online to request some quotes from the various glass repair/replace companies in Las Vegas. I saw that CEI was locally owned so that was my first pick and shortly after I submitted my request I received a text from Reid requesting a picture of the chips. He provided me with a quote which was very affordable, the option of mobile or on-site repair, and gave me the freedom to set the appointment time that met my needs. I opted for the on-site repair at their location the following day and could not have been happier with the service I received. Met both Reid and Raymond who are so friendly and professional. I was offered water and was fully advised of the repair process, and behavior of windshield chips etc. The work took maybe 25 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely return for any auto glass repair/replacement needs, and have already passed on the company name to family and friends for any of their needs in the future. I needed to replace my windshield after a rock cracked it on the freeway. (This has happened to me twice on the 215!) The crack was halfway across my windshield by the end of my drive. My husband called CEI Auto Glass for a quote for me; the person who answered was driving and said he'd get back to my husband with a quote. My husband never received it. However, this company had such high Yelp ratings that I decided to call them on Monday. Reed answered and provided me with a quote right on the phone. The price didn't include calibration, so I asked him about it. Other companies had told me my car requires recalibration, so I needed to have my windshield replaced at their shop. Reed explained that some cars calibrate on their own, and some require recalibration. I asked what even needs calibrating on a windshield, and he explained that too. We agreed to wait on the calibration to see if my car even needs it. If it does, it's an extra charge, and I'll have to come in. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain. We scheduled for them to come to my house the next day. Tristan performed the work. He was running early and asked if he could come early. No problem. He installed the new windshield without issue, and it looks great. It's been several days now. The final test will be going through the car wash. Very glad I used this company! read more

I had a chip in my windshield that I didn't want to spiderweb, so after reading all the great Yelp reviews, I decided to contact CEI Auto Glass. They didn't answer the phone, so I used the "contact us" feature, and it linked me through Facebook messenger. I sent a message, and they responded right away! They let me know that they were closed for Easter weekend, but the repair would be $65, and they'd come to me, just call to schedule on Monday . I called, and the gentleman was very friendly and we scheduled for Thursday at 2p. They did call at around 11:30a and left a message asking if they could come earlier, but I was at work and couldn't respond. I called back after work and was a little worried, but they reassured me that all was well. The repairman came at 2p on the dot, and my windshield was fixed in less than 20 minutes. I woke up one day to find a small chip with my windshield had turn into a huge crack. Unsure of what to do first, I decided to turn to trusty Yelp to find some businesses. I utilized Yelp's project feature, which allows you to get several bids from similar companies done through the app. After a couple hours, I had 5 different bids from 5 different companies. After the dust settled, I decided to go with CEI Auto Glass. Communication was very good from the get-go and I was able to schedule a Monday appointment on a Saturday. The afternoon before my appointment was supposed to occur, I received a call from the company stating that their was an issue with the windshield they had ordered and they needed to reschedule. I appreciated the timeliness of their call as it was well before the appointment, so I had not left work yet. The next day, I received a text from William that they can do to appointment earlier that anticipated, so I was able to head home and meet them there. I could have done it at work, but the parking lot there is too busy to have been able to execute it. I was able to park my car normally in the driveway, then William went to work. It only took him about 40 minutes to finish the project and it looked good as new. Compared to Safelite, the price was nearly half at $215.00. Great turn around called on sunday had replaced by Wednesday. Been driving around with a cracked windshield for about a year now because I fell on some hard times and just couldn't afford one. Thanks to these guys I was able to get a new windshield replaced at a really good price. It was the best quote I received from about 5 different glass companies I called which is good cause I paid out of pocket for this. They had to reschedule my appointment a couple times because my windshield just had to be that special order kind. Of course. Lol. But good news is. They bring the glass to you. And install at your home. No traveling necessary. The guy ( sorry I don't remember his name ) was really nice. He showed up earlier than the expected appointment time which he did call and confirm ahead of time. It took about 30-40 min from start to finish.
