We had our carpets cleaned at about half the price charged by our previous carpet cleaner. I called the other company first, asking for a competitive bid since we are repeat customers with them. It was way too high. (They send two technicians out instead of one, so that could be part of it). I called ASAP and was quoted a very fair price. Unlike many carpet cleaning companies they quoted me a price on the phone and made me wear that it was $2 extra per stair.the technician did not try to upsell me with a lot of different services. There was an optional service for pet odors and stains but that was a reasonable amount to. This is the second time (and fourth house) that we've used ASAP Carpet Cleaning. Jonathan does an excellent job and is reasonably priced. We used to use another company that rhymes with Fry Cream because we didn't want our carpets soaking wet for a day or two, but they used dirty water and the carpets were wet for three days. Uggh, disgusting. So now we use ASAP and Jonathan gives reasonable quotes, shows up on time, has great communication, and does an excellent job. As mentioned earlier, we've had four houses cleaned by Jonathan and all were outstanding. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Actually, this house's carpets were pretty dirty and Jonathan got them clean. There was one spot that didn't come up in one room and he came back the next day and got the stain out. I hired ASAP for a tenant move-out cleaning after they offered a very reasonable quote. Not only did they do a tremendous job, but they did all the little things right. Namely, showed up on time, had great communication, made the transaction easy, and actually charged me the quoted amount (no mystery or surprise fees). They're running a good business. Also, they showed me on-the-spot side-by-side pictures of the carpet pre and post cleaning. What a difference. The whole cleaning took about an hour and was well done. Excellent customer service, Savannah was super friendly during my Quote and scheduling my appointment. Jonathan arrived right on time and was super quick! I had gone back later to check the results and I realized I hadn't quite specified that I needed a enzyme cleaning and deodorizing for my "Pet messes". Not only did he get rid of the greasy cat puke stains, he extracted almost a whole bottle of Windex I dropped, while he was packing up! Jonathan is always punctual, fair and does an excellent job. We first stumbled upon ASAP Carpet Cleaning due to a Groupon deal (which can be a gamble) a couple years ago. We have regularly used ASAP since. Jonathan follows up every few months with us to see if his services are needed and always offers us a fair and reasonable price as a regular. He is upfront about is able to get spots and smells out that I thought would never come out. The carpets always look and smell terrific when he is done. I appreciate that Jonathan is courteous and quick while being thorough.
