I needed carpets cleaned pending selling my house. Hydro Clean postponed once due to weather. Then the cleaning was done which I guess was ok for $704 for 4 bedrooms, living room, hallway, stairs and walk-in closet. The plan was that they were going to do the stretching needed for wrinkles in the hallway at the same time but they didn't have the personnel or equipment available that day so they gave me another estimate just for the stretching. $575. I thought that was absurd and found another guy to fix the wrinkles. He did a great job and it cost me $150. I would recommend avoiding Hydro Clean if you need carpet stretching done. read more

I've used their service before. I thought they were good and reliable. But this time they were a complete disappointment. I sent 6 rugs to get clean. They came to pick them up on Feb 2nd the technician told me it was going to take 2 weeks to bring them back. A month and 2 weeks went by and no rugs and no curtesy call to let me know what was going on. I finally call them, they said the technician would call me and let me know when I'll be receiving my rugs. After that one more week went by, no call from them at all. I called again, they wouldn't pick up my calls. After two months of calling and trying to get my rugs back. My husband called. they finally told him we'll get our rugs the following Monday. When they brought the rugs we noticed rugs still had the same stains they never cleaned them. For one last time. My husband called them, of curse they didn't answer. After that he sent an email with pictures of the dirty carpets asking for a refund. I will never use this company again. I I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone to use their service. read more

I posted an initial view on Friday, Jan.21, 2023. I believe that is the correct date but I am not sure. Anyway, the technician that came out to the house was completely incompetent and did not even touch the heavy blood stains that resulted from a fall. He never called for help but told me later he could not remove the stain. Then he charged me $600 but ultimately reduced that to $500 which was still way too much but I paid it to get the guy out of my house. I only gave a one star view which really upset the manager. He listened to my side of the story and apologized profusely. Ultimately the manager refunded half of what I had paid. He called back several times to apologize and to assure me the refund would get paid which it was. Thank you HydroClean. From the other reviews it seems like the work can be inconsistent and very much depends on the technician and the desire he has to do a good job. I would rather wait until I can get a GOOD technician rather than a sloppy inconsistent one. The staff is so important as I learned from running my own brokerage for over ten years. read more

As promised here is my updated review. I previously submitted a review about our sofa cleaning. We opted to clean the whole house because of the results. It took Daniel about 4 hours to clean our carpet and about 4 hours to dry with exception of stairs, which were more dirty. Daniel did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet, including raking the carpet. Daniel was very detailed during the cleaning. He noticed and cleaned spots that I did not see. The carpet now looks fantastic and Hydro Clean has a long term customer. The guys that came out were really nice and professional and from how hard they worked we thought our carpets were cleaned but by the next day the looked just like they had before they came. Since we've had them cleaned I've bought a new vacuum cleaner and omg the dirt I've gotten up is incredible and I've had to buy my own shampoo cleaner. Just cleaned my whole house and good lord I got up a lot of stuff the water was black and it's only a little under two weeks since they have been out. Hired Hydoclean to do a carpet cleaning. Quoted 350.00 over phone and I honestly answer all their questions for the quote. They showed up in an Angels cleaning van? When I walked into the rental they started telling me how I did not give them the correct info. They rebid me at 470.00. After talking to their manager they brought the bid down to 399.00. So I said ok go ahead and do it. Then it turned into excuse after excuse on why they won't get the carpet clean and they can't guarantee it etc. I finally told them to leave, when they said the bid was going up again and they needed to call their supervisor. We had an area rug and two couch cushions cleaned. Our rug had been rolled up for 2 years because we weren't sure if it could be saved and didn't know how to have it cleaned. They came and picked up the items and took them away to be cleaned at their facility. Overall, we are very happy with the results. I am so fed up with this company. They just transitioned owners and I'm sympathetic to that, but their processes are so broke. Even their website has the wrong hours listed - their own website! I drove 25 mins to drop a rug off on Saturday (website says open 8-5 Pm 6 days a week). I get there and learn they're closed on Sat and Sun. Their front office staff is clueless. Used to love this company. Yesterday a tech arrived and never put down blankets over the hardwood to trap hose water and boot mud. I caught him twice while walking by the room texting on his phone while running the machine. He left and I noticed water and mud all over hardwood and none of the light furniture in the middle of the room moved or cleaned under. In other words he worked around the light furniture placed in the middle of the room and never cleaned carpet. Dry as a bone and dirty. When I texted tech upon discovery he texted back he had "a pain in his side" and "could not slide" the chairs to the side. I told him I am 63 years old and could have done it with a single knee and would have if asked. I had to clean the hallway hardwood of water and mud. So sad. So unreliable. Hit or miss with techs. They sent another tech over and he did a great job of correcting the boat load of errors of the first tech. Second tech was awesome and apologetic. First guy could not care less about doing the job right. Love these folks for correcting error by sending second tech but it was another unpredictable experience from Hydroclean. I would have to say after 4 plus years of using them I am pretty much done. Find an owner/operator company to avoid the texting, uncaring, lazy employees. Feel badly for the owner who I am sure is hostage to todays labor markets. I ran a business for 35 years and get it but for me I need to move on to more predictable and steady level of services. read more

There were some foot marks near the bed from the previous owners and a heavy cologne smell in the basement. They used corner protectors as they worked quickly and efficiently.
