I called and asked what shipping options we had to get it before we ran out of food. The had a bag delivered 2 days later and didn't charge me shipping. Shipping charges on a 30 lb bag would have been $20 for sure. Great people to work with. Our 2 Boxers love their food and are super excited when it's breakfast and dinner time. Boxers tend to have sensitive digestion, but this food agrees with both of them.

Linda, who answers the phone, continually spoke over me when I asked her three times to listen to what I had to say about my tractor. Each time I began speaking, she refused to listen and continued to talk. When I realized I wasn't being heard, I finally hung up and contacted management. Lansdowne-Moody in Hockley has had my tractor for A MONTH and we have been VERY patient. We called several times only to be told it would be soon. Miraculously enough when I finally contacted management today, "it's ready to be delivered." I spoke with the manager and let him know the customer service was unaccepatable and a customer is to be heard, not spoken over as I was today. He said he agreed and would have my tractor delivered today. Communication at this location needs great improvement, as does their work ethic to return a customer's equipment to them in a timely manner.
