Had this customized gate and automatic opener made and installed nearly 3 years ago and it has been a great addition to our property. DEFINITELY an impressive entrance to our ranch and it's worked well. After Hurricane Milton, the wind had damaged the alignment of the mechanics of the operation of the gate. Manny made time on his Saturday morning 10 days before Christmas and came out and spent hours adjusting and performing additional maintenance on the gate system. Very disappointed after paying $12,000 for a vinyl fence after hurricane Ian. Have had damage after Milton, assured that I would "be given top priority as an existing customer", and have never felt more pushed aside. It's been almost 2 months, and still no service. Have had several conversations, have been promised service, no one comes, leave messages, and no acknowledgement. Communicated my priority situation (with my dogs and working with shelter dogs), and it clearly doesn't matter. It seems that as a new customer, putting more money out, you are way more valued than an existing customer with a repair. VERY disappointed, would NOT recommend. read more

I made one call and they had a crew out immediately to fix the problem and now it looks great. They want to charge me $650. to fix the gate that they improperly installed. They have adjusted it 3-4 times and now they won't return my calls and won't respond to the better business bureau. They don't stand by their work or warranty read more

If only they spent more time helping me, than explaining how busy they are with storm damage repairs. This company is not worth the time folks. I've tried multiple times to get a quote, and they will not talk to you over the phone, only over their email ticket system which they do not reply to you from. Then they send you a cascade of spam every other day explaining how they are the best... as they fail terribly at customer service. I just had these guys come out and put up a new gate which by the way is is supported by a aluminum frame in back, (awesome). My whole experience was great. This company is now owned by a different group so I promise all these bad reviews given that I read about will no longer happen. I went to business myself and checked it out. I ask questions and they happily answered every one of them and showed how product was made. I knew when I walked in this was the place do work with. Awesome job from start to finish. I highly recommend ASAP!!!! You will not be disappointed as I seen in other reviews. Remember, everyone deserves a second chance and things do change all the time. Unfortunately our fence is 6 months old and already falling apart. The latch on the gate was never level and caused the whole gate to fall apart. The screws were too short to attach the panels to the posts and they also have become detached. I contacted the company several times to no avail. My 70 year old husband had to go out in over 90 degree weather to try and sure it up by himself. Also subpar wood used. Not going to let this slip past. Thousands of dollars for this fence that is falling apart. read more

ASAP Fence delivered on their promise of a high quality 6 foot board on board fence with a 5 foot, steel reinforced gate at a price which was considerably less than two fence companies I had used previously. David was extremely responsive to any questions I had - which was incredibly comforting as I had to unexpectedly be out of town while the work was being done. I don't normally like to be absent when work is being done, but with ASAP it all worked out perfectly. I'd recommend ASAP fence to anyone looking for a new or replacement fence. We contracted with David at ASAP fence to construct a vinyl 6 foot privacy fence with a 4 foot aluminum fence as well. They also included in the package for a very low price fence lighting and gates. At all times professional and very easy to work with, they sent their estimators out to our house several times to make sure everything was right. They can even build out your project via Zoom with such convenience. We viewed there other work which looked amazing and people said they did the job in timely fashion, so we went with them. Unfortunately due to hurricane we could not finish our house and had to cancel the fence order. David promptly contacted us and refunded our deposit with no questions asked. If you want to chase a company to return phone calls, get you pricing and complete your job for months, you have come to the right place! Not one person here can return a call as promised without you calling them multiple times to get them. They say they are submitting permits, but do not... multiple followups are needed. All you get is excuses as to why they are lacking...personal issues, family problems, people out on vacation...etc. no one cares! We all have a lot going on. Simply do your job. Not calling you back or telling lies about not completing a job. Reached out to Renee, Jennifer AND Manny in May with all needed items to pull permit. Took a month to even get pricing ... couldn't honestly tell me price pr linear foot...customary. lied about permit being submitted. And finally came to install fence and left job without the back section completed! When asked, I was given a bs story about them telling me all fencing was not in! I was told by Renee it was and ready! Now getting multiple invoices a day called to say fence needs completed and I need answers ASAP! You are sending me final invoicing for a job you have not even completed and repeatedly. NO ANSWERS, NOT CALLS, NOT RETURNED MY EMAILS. Instead of continuing the empty apologies just admit you guys are incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest and truly just suck! I expect my fence to be complete this week! I will file a suit otherwise. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY TO THE CUSTOMERS. I recently moved into a brand newly built home. I have a small backyard and wanted it fenced in for my small dogs. Mind you I called 3 other companies as well as ASAP for an estimate. I went with this one for a few reasons, at the moment the salesperson without naming responded to my return call. Fast forward a few days, I received the documents needed to send to HOA for approval and paid a deposit of half the bill. A week later I come home at 2pm, leaving the house that morning at 8am, to find my fence being installed and I never got HOA approval yet! I was floored. Called said salesperson, no answer. Text, nothing until 30 minutes later after I called office to say on vacation. LIKE SERIOUSLY!!! When I called the office, without saying a name again, SHE was a "supervisor" or someone with authority I assumed, pretty much blew me off and the fact that they screwed up was not an issue to her. NOW I have 12 holes in my yard. One thing YOU NEVER DO in customer service, is compare your personal life whatever it is (in this case it was she lives in a community too and they wouldnt fine her if the fence was already installed accidentally before HOA approval) to the matter at hand. There was no empathy and the tone spoken showed that. The workers were over an hour and 15 minutes late from the latter of the time window, when I called she stated she wasnt aware of them going back to a job for a redo of something and being late. To this day I have never heard back from the salesperson despite numerous calls, texts and emails to respond. THE ONLY thing I got was an email basically covering there butts right after THE MISTAKE they made. No issues with the installers. Did a great job from what I could tell. Even though nothing transpired from all of it, I feel this company should have reacted better, especially the salesperson. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND to my neighbors and I have already withdrawn my previous recommendation to them as well. IF it wasnt for the already made half down deposit I would have cancelled.
