This company is a SCAM!!!!!! READ THIS IT'LL SAVE YOU MONEY My door handle wasn't functioning properly: as in, you would have to pull up on the handle instead of pushing it down to open the door. When I called ASAP Locksmith, I talked to a girl who asked me for my name, address, and a brief description of the issue. After I provided everything she asked for, I asked her for an estimated price. I don't remember the exact price, but I know for a fact that the service charge + door handle replacement was less than $200. About 10 minutes later I get a call from this guy who already knows my name and address (I guess because the company transferred my information to a technician.) When he got here, the first thing I noticed was how terrible of a driver he was. This guy literally backed his wheels on the curb and hit a car in front of him as he was trying to park on the street. He looks at the graze, shurgs it off and finally moves elsewhere to park his car. I didn't say anything, because I wanted this guy to just fix my door handle. After he finishes the door, he hands me for my tab! Guess how much he was asking for? $397! He replaced a door handle and charged me $397... This company is a SCAM!!!!!! This guy lives a life as a con. Hits a car, shurgs it off. Overcharges me as if I were an idiot. Beware of this company guys, and beware of the technician who drives a White Prius! They gave me an estimate & said they would let me know the exact charges after he looks at it, but they never did, they just overcharged (triple the quote) & refused to write out a detailed receipt saying what the did exactly. I've called 6 days in a row & they say they will call back with answers and better receipt, but obviously have no intention. I asked for a supervisor or owner & they refuse to let me speak to anyone else. They told me 2 different names for the owner: Tom & Daniel, but I'm not allowed to speak with him because he's busy...then they hung up on me twice. Is this legal? Is this how people do business?? When I said I would report them to the BBB, he just said "go ahead, I don't care). Here's The weirdest part is that their receipt does not have a company name on it it just says 24/7 locksmith and the billing information on the bank statement says ASAP locksmith but when I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau which they are not accredited through it has a different name...VERY SHADY. read more

When you call these people they will tell you that it's only 45 dollars for service and 15 dollars for driving there, but they're lying. 45 dollars is the starting price and they say that so you're forced to use their service. I was told 45 dollars then when the guy got there told 175. So I called the lady and she lied and said that she stated 45 dollars was the starting fee. After arguing with her she said the locksmith could lock the door back and leave. lol Moral of the story don't use this business they try and trick people and the person on the phone has a disgusting attitude. read more

I am glad i called ASAP Locksmith because they responded fast and has a very fair price. One night, i lost my only car key in the bar and it was almost 2am. I called several locksmith company but no one was answering until i called ASAP locksmith and within 30 mins Avi showed up and he worked endlessly to get me a key.
