I decided to give them a second chance, having worked with them so successfully for 15 years, called and made the reservation with Celebrity Cab, I called three times to verify the information and their confirmation. 15 minutes before our guests' arrival at the airport, (an hour and a half drive), Celebrity Cab called and said that yet again, their cab broke down. My husband took the call, and unfortunately lost his temper, which is rare. He and I both feel betrayed and utterly confused about why Celebrity Cab has let us down so badly twice in one week. Unfortunately in Amherst, MA, there are not many cabs, and Celebrity was always the best, I don't understand what has happened with them. Do they not understand that these contractual agreements matter?
