I decided to give them a second chance, having worked with them so successfully for 15 years, called and made the reservation with Celebrity Cab, I called three times to verify the information and their confirmation. 15 minutes before our guests' arrival at the airport, (an hour and a half drive), Celebrity Cab called and said that yet again, their cab broke down. My husband took the call, and unfortunately lost his temper, which is rare. He and I both feel betrayed and utterly confused about why Celebrity Cab has let us down so badly twice in one week.
