I lost my key so I needed to rekey my locks. I was contacted by Antonio from ASAP-unlocks and he showed up within 30 minutes to my house. All locks were done perfect. Even when a screw was broken inside, Antonio went above and beyond to fix the problem. Also didn't even break the bank with what he charged me. A contractor locked up my tenant's place way too well after finishing a repair job, and we didn't find that out until the tenant got home at 1 a.m. The key was inside. Yikes! Wouldn't give a real quote until the tech arrived. When I decide to go with another service called me and accused me of saying something I didn't. Their tech misunderstood. And when I told them I was going with another service provider passive aggressively said "I wish you would've told me" I was looking for quote of a specific service, provided photo of the said lock that needed to be serviced. Gave them my address and area so I could get a accurate quote. They couldn't give me that. They jumped at sending a tech out to my address when I never agreed to a service. read more

Antonio came on a Saturday night to help me fix the lock on my front door. The work he did was superb, making sure that the new lock he put in matches with what is already there. I have a old door / lock so the newer locks doesn't fit perfectly. But he made sure everyone looks and works perfect before he left. Now to be fair he's not the cheapest guy out there, so you if you are looking for bottom pricing and crappy work, he's not your guy. Seeing and hearing his assessment I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and his solution. When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day. When asked about replacing another gate, his response was that it was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. This response just contributed to how I describe him.

Dude, Kanin is the MAN! I was in a pickle, in need of a locksmith service and Kanin picked up my call the first time I called (4/5 did pick up my call but offered me no emergency service), asked me for my location, promptly messaged as he was on his way to let me know his whereabouts and boom - in less than 5 minutes I was able to get inside my car. I really have to be on time for class the next day and Kanin really saved the day. Great service! I got locked out of my car super late at night and didn't know what to do one of my friends told me to look up ASAP unlocks and said these guys are right in the surrounding area! I live in studio city so I thought a locksmith was out of the question at 2am in the morning! But one of their representatives came fast and unlocked it in literally 3 minutes! Highly recommend! Had to get a lock put in today so called Kanin at ASAP. He kept me posted as far as his arrival time and was there exactly on time.
