이 사람 사기꾼이에요. 2023년도와 그 전에 (정확히 몇 년도인지 기억이 안나요) 저희 집에 와서 차열쇠를 복사한 적이 있어요. 그 당시 여기 리뷰점수가 낮아서 열쇠복사를 안 하려고 하다가, 제가 차리모콘을 잃어버려서 차 열쇠를 가지고 오랫동안 차 문을 수동으로 열고 닫고 했더니 열쇠가 너무 닳아서 어느날 차가 안 열리더라요 급한 나머지 이 사람을 불렀는데, 그 닳은 키를 복사계속해서 차 키 넣는 슬랏(Keyway)에 계속 쑤셔 넣고 빼고 하는데, 차 고장나니까 하지 말라고 했는데 계속 하라구요. 글구 트렁크 키 만들어준다고 하더니 무슨 창고 열쇠같은 노랑인가 실버색인가 열쇠를 만들어서 역시 열리지도 않는데 계속해서 열쇠를 키 슬랏에 쑤셔넣다 뺐다 하더라구요. 정말 넘 화났어요 결국 안 되었던지, 차 년도 모델명 등을 어떤 기계에 치더니 그제서야 열쇠를 만들어서 줬고 제가 몇 백을 줬어요. 그 후 한 2-3년 후쯤인가 그 열쇠가 닳아서 다시 차 열쇠를 만들려고 lock smith를 구글에서 찾아봤는데, 출장오는 데가 여기 밖에 없었어요. 집 문 열쇠도 카피해야해서 어쩔 수 없이 불렀어요. 그런데 저는 예전처럼 제 차 고유번호를 가지고 열쇠를 만들어달라고 분명히 몇 번이나 얘기했고 돈도 그렇게 줬는데, 옛날 차 열쇠 즉 닳은 열쇠가지고 카피를 했더라구요. 그 사람한테 돈을 줄 때 입꼬리가 올라가면서 씩 웃길래 좀 이상하다 했어요. 그 사람 가고 나서 열쇠를 자세히 살펴보니 차 고유번호를 이용해서 차 키를 만든게 아니라, 닳은 열쇠로 그냥 카피한거였어요. 곧장 전화했더니 몇 마디하면서 전화를 끊어서 다시 전화했더니 제 전화번호를 블락시켰더라구요. 그 당시 데가 200불 이상을 더 줬어요. 문자했는데도 사기꾼이니 당연히 답당없죠. 저같은 피해자가 없으시기를 바랍니다 read more

Lost my car keys and tried to get a locksmith but kept getting shady scammers on the phone who wouldn't give me a quote. Thankfully Lee was so helpful, they gave me a quote right away and immediately came to my service despite me calling close to their hours ending. Don't ever ever come to this place! This is the worst service I've ever had...I had my car key programmed by lee, after that the car key doesn't work, he said there's problems with the "car" not the key and charged me 60 dollars! Later I asked another locksmith came and he fixed it, turns out it does need two keys to do the programming for my car - I also bought up this solution when his programming doesn't worked, but Lee refuses to try so. Just saying give me the money... He got so provoked when I told him I am not going to pay the full amount which is 120, and slammed the car door when he left, and before he left he told me his machine worth 4K???? totally not sure what that supposed to mean? It still doesn't finished the job! Over all this is a terrible terrible experience (unprofessional / rude) and he still charged me for 60 dollars, and he didn't finished the job. read more

I was locked out. (Yes I was locked out twice this week...). Anyway, I called Lee's and they responded right away. Lee left probably as soon as he hung up my call because he was here in 10 minutes. Once he got here, he was literally only here for 5 minutes! He picked my lock that quick. Probably within 1 minute. I should probably get new locks though, because if someone can pick it in 1 minute, that's a safety hazard, but that's not the point. The whole process was super fast and I am super thankful for Lee. He charged me $80 and I will gladly pay it again if I'm ever locked out, which will probably be never because I definitely learned my lesson. But if you are ever locked out, definitely call Lee.
