These people are terrible. My sister called two weeks ago with an urgent medical issue, numbness,…read moreswelling, and tingling in her head, one arm, and one leg, asking for an appointment. They told her she had been dropped as a patient for not paying a 15 dollar co-pay. She asked if she could pay it now, because she didn't know about it, and she was willing to pay a late fee as well as the co-pay. The receptionist kept repeating over and over, "YOU HAVE BEEN DROPPED AS A PATIENT. YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR. WE SENT YOU A LETTER BACK IN MAY." Of course, she never received a letter in May from this office but she was polite and thanked the receptionist and hung up the phone . THIS WEEK, my sister went to the post office and found she had a certified letter from Whidbey Internal Medicine saying she had been dropped as a patient that was dated LAST MAY. This doctors office never sent a letter in May and when they realized their mistake, they sent her a letter NOW dated in MAY. Since it is a certified letter, she signed for it, so we have it on record now that she never received a letter in May and she received a letter in September that was dated in May saying she was no longer a patient. These people are criminal. She still has not been able to get an appointment with a new doctor as a new patient, she has not been able to find a new doctor with availability and at this point her symptoms are worse, whatever is happening internally in her body continues to progress and she has lost vision in one of her eyes. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a lawsuit coming and if my sister dies, it is their fault.

For the past several years I have been having sleepless nights and annoying pain in both my shoulders. I didn't know I had torn all 4 tendons in my right shoulder and 3 tendons on my left. My doctor had me get an MRI on both shoulders which showed the torn tendons. At the hospital I was lucky enough to get Dr Jeremy Idjadi. He is without a doubt top notch. Scheduling with the hospital was easy and friendly. Dr Idjadi is a true professional and laid out what I should expect for the next several months. I found that rotator cuff surgery is a team commitment and even if your doctor does the best possible job the responsibility lies in me taking it seriously and following the detailed rehab instructions. After my surgery the hospital followed up the next day, made my next doctor appointment and gave me the freedom to call if I ever had any questions. I did my 1st surgery (left shoulder) in August of 2021 and my 2nd surgery (right shoulder) in December of 2021. Dr Idjadi and his orthopedic staff knocked it out of the park with the success of my operations. Dr. Idjadi is a competent, approachable and as professional as they come. I cannot say enough positive things about him. The entire process was such a wonderful experience.

Better to drive to a proper hospital in Seattle. This place…read moregoes out of their way to make it hard to speak to anyone, no one seems to know what's going on, didn't read about other major conditions in the chart and was even unable to even spell the patient name correctly.
