This has been proven to be very taxing emotionally, financially, and physically. My Godsent partnership with Sunlight Contractors, LLC is a result of my personal frustration with the unreturned phone calls, missed appointments, improper inspections, and inflated estimates I experienced with over 20 other roofing contractors. After this hurricane, tarps were placed by someone else, but more were needed due to the continuous rains and high winds. Mr. Ira's crew quickly provided new ones and properly nailed down the existing ones. Because I presently reside in North Texas and own property in Louisiana transacting business during this Covid-19 pandemic has been mostly virtual and proven to be adventurous. Authorizing Sunlight Contractors, LLC with this job assignment has me fully persuaded that there are still companies out here that want their clients to be proud of their investment (home). I was able to select the shingles that I wanted and not pressured into selecting only what was currently in stock. After their meticulous inspection of my property, I was provided a contract that gives the job description so in depth that it lists how many boxes of nails that are needed. My every interaction with Sunlight Contractors, LLC specifically Ms. Jessica and Mr. Ira has been enlightening, educational, impressive, reassuring and downright outstanding!!!! Mr. Ira and Ms. Jessica have repeatedly quelled my fears with their superior, noteworthy dedication to deliver a 5 star customer satisfaction experience from the beginning to the end. They are very patient, detail-oriented and have answered my every question with a phone call if necessary rather than a text or email. If you're at the beginning of the process of hiring a roofing contractor, don't do what I did and waste time and money by "entertaining" inexperienced contractors that aren't qualified to inspect your property let alone assist you with the insurance claim submission process. With this company I feel like I have become a member of an "elite group" of people because I'm one of their clients. Come on and join me and hire SUNLIGHT CONTRACTORS, LLC. This is one choice in life you won't regret making!

Jimmy the salesperson promised fully reliable, hassle-free security service on my property in order to keep me and my vulnerable rescue horses safe; there had been dangerous trespassing in my pastures. I specifically mentioned I wanted access to playback from certain cameras and a personal alert button for my safety. Jimmy assured me this would be no problem. Toca insisted I use one cell provider; I had grave concerns bc it is known to provide weak signals out here. The reality after my huge check had been cashed: the cameras did not function consistently bc of weak signal, as feared. One of the $4000 cameras had to be replaced entirely. I had to try two other service providers to get them to work. Yes, that is three in total. I've been charged nearly $500 by the first cell provider months after the contract terminated. I cannot receive playback of my cameras without a DVR but the system does not interface with Starlink so I needed to get a new modem. The DVR playback of these outdoor cameras still has not been set up. It took ages to finally receive my personal alert button. Bc of an error when Toca staff was testing the button, the Fire Department with EMT was dispatched to my property! Toca disclaims responsibility for so many of these problems, insisting they are out of its control. When I was signing the $40,000 contract with Jimmy, he assured me I would be fully taken care of by Toca. He did not say: oh, you will be on your own when dealing with problems created by these third parties who control much of the service related to your security and surveillance system. Toca won't be responsible. I have enormous responsibilities caring for 65 rescue horses and donkeys at my sanctuary: I told Jimmy I had to have a seamless, comprehensive and reliable security system bc I don't have the time to deal with constant malfunctions. He promised me that this was what I was getting with Toca. I cannot stress enough how much I regret ever having called Toca Alarm Company.

All in all a great experience and look forward to taking my mower in for service.

Its all gonna be sent to the corporate warehouse to be sorted out for them to make as much money as they can make by selling it online auction style Now I understand they always used to send the really nice stuff that was donated like gold to headquarters for their online auction site, but now they have to send everything to corporate and no donated jewelry is gonna be in the store. So the only jewelry they're gonna sell in store now is that made in China trash that they stock as "new" So that's giving me a reason to find someplace else to shops. And they're wasting their time asking me if I wanna round up my dollars when I do shop there.
