TOCA has been great to work with. They have made scheduling easy and everyone has been very helpful. The installation person, Jimmy, was great. He was early, called before arriving, was knowledgeable, and even helped me carry my groceries into the house. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because when I initially contacted TOCA what I wanted was someone to be able to look at the set-up in my home and tell me exactly how much it was going to cost to set it up. Our home had a TOCA system hardwired into the build, but this was the first time we were turning it on. Instead, they sent a salesperson out who could only tell me the monthly rate and he knew I'd need to replace a battery. I also think the whole sales process could just be done my email. When the installation/set-up was completed I ended up paying several hundred dollars to complete the set-up. I sort of expected that, so I was not too upset, but would have rather known that ahead of time. Overall, I'm glad to be working with this local company and would recommend them to others. read more

We have used Toca since we moved to NOLA in 2006 on the strong recommendation of the previous homeowners. Toca is reliable and dependable, and responds promptly to alerts. After remodeling areas of our home, we were able to quickly make an appointment for a technician to replace sensors. Our system has only needed a new keypad and a replacement backup battery over the last eight years, and we were given quick service at what we believe to be a reasonable price (the technician even told me a cheaper place to buy the backup battery instead of upselling me the one Toca could supply). This is the best alarm company in the New Orleans area. We have used Toca in both our previous and current home. We have never had any problems or dealt with anyone unprofessional at this company, unlike several others... Our new home came with an alarm system from a different company, who required a contract be signed BEFORE they would agree to come out and update the system.
