Just went in and chose a few things based off of their iPad/web prices and quantity and was misled Then the guy messed up my order not his fault. People were extremely loud and the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. I had my husband pay and we left. We drove away and I opened my bag to see the wrong item and 5 pieces I read of the advertised 10 pcs I went back immediately and they played the blame game AND the manager said she'd give me 50% off that I had to pay for the bar I actually ordered and I'm stuck with the one I didnt order. Then another long haired girl came over and explained that issue then the manager said she'd only offer me 20% off the order I initially asked for. As someone who was a patient here before they started rec and now going back in for rec. I will not come back here after this bait and switch and just the overall treatment. Places is ok nothing special. About a month ago I ran into a issue. I'm disabled have spinal cord issues with bowel and bladder disfunction from cauda equina. So my medical card ran out I just had surgery so I asked my dad to do me a favor. Now I spend tons of money on product everytime I go. Dad went in purchased like 5 items because he could only get a 5 gram limit. Pays insane prices for recreational ok whatever wasn't so worried about that shit. Money ain't the thing comes home and I open my diamonds. Right away looked like the seal was tampered so bad took a picture and emailed midway. So I put it on the scale and weighed exactly .3 now .2 of diamonds is a lot to be missing diamonds weigh lighter than a solid concentrate. So I get a email back from the manager he starts blaming my dad says I should question the person who purchased it. My dad is 73 years old and don't do 0 drugs not alone drink. Not alone he starts saying that my dad was transferring product over to me and that it's against the law. Lol . This guy is clueless blaming other people for his companies flaws. To bad they ain't the one who gets to determine who gets a medical card who doesn't. Told him you act like customers don't go and buy for other people I've had talks with your associates about products for others. Everything's supposedly recorded he says. Had some issues when I first switched from my first dispensary mainly for distance reasons. Then I had a really big issue with them contacted them They called back the very next day and fixed the situation. They once made a mistake with my order too and compensated me greatly. They're growing on me a lot and close to my home. They've owned up to everything and I'm really happy. My first visit overall to Midway Dispensary was after my doctors appointment one day for the Application Assistance they offer (highly recommended seeing them for assistance!). My mother and I both needed to file applications so we made our way over. That was about a month ago and I wanted to save my review until my first visit as an actual patient. This place is amazing, and beautiful, and awesome. There is a great big sign so it's easy to see. 'Big' parking lot allows plenty of cars and you don't have to worry about a meter, or crossing the street. Very friendly atmosphere and clean as well. Very willing to help based on symptoms, or what you're in the mood for. Just their ability to make you feel comfortable and share their time is continually impressive. They have an very nice selection to choose from and a good variety of flower to vape pens and concentrates. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back. read more
