It's located inside an old brick building. It has the feel of an old school boxing gym with a modern touch. I was greeted by Cauleen (I hope that's how you spell her name) at the front desk and she put the group through a tough boxing workout. She even held the pads for each person, that was cool as f&@k! I was able to hit the fight club 3 out of the 5 days I was in town. Each workout was different and you throw lots of different combinations! If you live in Milwaukee or the surrounding area I suggest you give this fight club a try. P.S. I noticed next door they also have a CrossFit gym. All it took was one class and I'm a believer. Typically I'm not one to attend fitness classes because most of them are things you can do in just about any gym. That's not the case at Dropout. They not only run you through a high intensity workout, but teach you boxing fundamentals along the way. Walker was the instructor for my small class on a Friday evening and he did a killer job. He encouraged us to work hard all class, but was also supportive if someone felt they needed a break. And most likely you will need a break at some point! It was four rounds of high intensity bag work and functional fitness movements. Without a doubt, Dropout Fight Club gave me one of the best workouts of my life. Classes are a little on the pricey side, but they offer a truly phenomenal experience that you just can't get anywhere else. It is absolutely worth every penny. The only negative about Dropout Fight Club is that you can't see it from the road. The address listed takes you to what looks like an abandoned warehouse (actually it was a battery factory), but the gym is way in the back of the building. I've included a couple of pictures to help first timers find there way in. If you park on Keefe, you can walk around the fence to a gate that lets you into the parking lot. From there you walk all the way to the back and you'll see the sign. Once inside the building there are several businesses already running or being built. The grunge of the building makes it feel like you're walking into an underground fight club. All in all, I give Dropout my highest recommendation. I hope to see this business thrive over the next few years.

I'd always been a little intimidated by group fitness classes full of women, but one day I just said "screw it!" and I attended my first (FREE!) class. I expected a tough, full-body workout, and I got it! But what I DIDN'T expect was such a warm, welcoming, judgement-free, and encouraging group of women. The owners, Nikki and Christina, will know your name the second you walk in the door and can always be found chatting with clients. I can talk all about the physical results I've experienced from barre classes (because they're there!), but it's so much more than that. It's a lifestyle studio. More importantly, I've gained confidence, I've found a workout that I look forward to doing, and I've gained some amazing friends. And, yeah, the first class is always free :)

The instructions were easy to follow along with, the playlist was marvelous and it was hard! I loved how sore I was the next day from working muscles I typically don't work a lot of the muscle they hit (news to me! Ha!). The instructors were all lovely and so friendly. I ended up buying 20 classes after class and can't wait to get back! The studio is so nice as is overlooks the lake and they offer childcare for some of the morning classes which is awesome!

It's small and intimate. It's clean and modern. It's friendly and welcoming. It's relaxing. It's Zen! It's simply -- AMAZING! The others got this right! I've done lots of yoga and walked out feeling like I was challenged to fight and lost. In this studio, everything felt like an invitation. Jess was calm and smiling when I walked in. She quietly greeted me and checked me in with so little when that I barely knew what she was doing. Then she, realizing I had no gear, made the tools I needed appear out of nowhere. The studio is so neat that you don't see the equipment stored plainly in view - "Tiny House" style! But she didn't make me, a newcomer, go wandering around looking for what I needed, she placed it after I said I wanted to practice for me. That made me feel very welcomed. All the yogis were so kind. People said hello as we sat drinking tea to ambient music before and after class. The class, itself, wasn't a course if yogic terms and crazy poses that only superhumans can hold. Everything seems well planned, well intended, and very inviting. I believed I was welcome to "practice" yoga in this studio and that's refreshing! There was no pressure to be perfect or even try sharing that didn't feel right to be The space and the people really encouraged me to just be whoever I needed to be for the time I was there. I felt so much better (than when I walked in) as the session ended. I was more relaxed and I felt more open to the world and me. I jokingly told Jess, the only thing they didn't get right is they didn't build one in Grafton -- where I live!!!! You can't blame me for trying to get thm to bring the goodness closer to my home! HINT! HINT! Go look for this unassuming little studio. You'll be so happy you found it. You'll find your Zen even if you're (like me) not looking for it. Especially as we move into the…read morecolder months, this place offers a brief almost mini tropical vacation from the brutal midwestern winters. It's a niche exercise facility obviously...you're basically coming there for hot yoga -- the regular class, slow flow, candlelight or beginner - all those are pretty self explanatory. They also do lots of workshops that are fun and generally on the weekends. Their sound system always seems on point- never too loud or too soft. Each teacher has their own style of playlist but I usually love all the music choices here. if you haven't take yoga classes (esp hot yoga classes) you may balk at prices but from going to other places, their prices are some of the most reasonable in the city. And if you're not sure and are new you can try the "10 days for $10" special where you can try out as many classes as you like in 10 daysfor 10$. It's hot in the studio (seems to go anywhere from the 80s to over 100)so bring a mat sized towel (and maybe a small one too)a long with your mat cuz you're probably gonna sweat! Don't have one? bring a beach towel - that works too! or rent or buy one from the studio. You can also rent or buy mats, and they sell other little accessories and water. Props for class are free for use. Only thing to remember is there's no showers-just changing rooms and bathrooms, and parking is pretty much street-only (with a lot of it being metered.) Even in the dead of winter, my best friends and I made a commitment to attending hot yoga sessions. When we arrived, we walked into the facility, and there were areas to place our belongings and shoes. The room we did yoga in was large, and had mirrors lining the walls. The classes were packed, so spacing our mats was hard, but we made room. Shows how popular it was! We began with beginner sessions and moved up to harder classes. I had a great time and loved how calm I felt after! We also took classes that were simple flow and stretch. I have not returned since COVID but I did enjoy my time at this facility! The instructors were respectful of my space and gave good tips for modifications.

Nick is the main manager & did an incredible job helping me out during my time here. He was very honest with all the fees & policies up front & took care of any concerns that I had. It's not the cheapest option, but I still think it was a very reasonable & affordable membership fee for all that was included - classes, hydro massage, 24/7 secured access. Best of all, there aren't any BS cancellation/hidden fees like with planet fitness, & the equipment & fitness center in general is very clean & well maintained. Showers/bathrooms are clean, & Nick does his best to make sure there are always fresh towels available. It's also very safe & secure (never had to worry about my stuff being stolen). It got busy at times especially around 4-5pm Mon-Thurs, but sometimes I'd somehow find myself as the only person there in the afternoon with the entire place to myself. I was usually always able to use all of the machines/equipment that I needed to for my workouts, & the other people there were also very courteous with cleaning & sharing the equipment. Equipment wise, they had everything that you could possibly need, even a tire flip. I could go on & on but I'll wrap it up here. Definitely at least check this place out if you're looking for a fitness center in the area. I'd rather pay a little more for a nicer fitness center & a trustworthy staff that has my best interest in mind, rather than deal with cheaper fitness centers that try to scam every last penny out of your pocket. 12/10 would sign up for a membership at this Anytime Fitness again if I lived in the area.

There are two locations, and this is the…read morebigger one. the equipment is well maintained and work well. there's literally so many machines, i haven't even see half of these before in my life haha. i went at peak gym time (at after work hours for most people), and it was not that busy. there was still plenty, PLENTY of space and machines for everyone. there's a pool, basketball court, kids daycare, a woman's only section (!!! ^__^ ). there are group classes for an extra charge. there's also a military discount available for $5 off per month, taking it from $54 to $49! i'll take what i can get lol. i love it here! check out some of the pictures of the place, i blocked out people who could be identified to respect people's privacy on their gym journey. Older Lady who works in the front at night (week days) has horrible customer service! Noticed a few…read moremonths ago she started working nights and from that point forward mood and overall ambience has gone down negatively. Poor attitude when greeting and saying goodbye to members. Soon as it turns 10pm all patience goes out the window and she is quick hounding people to get up and leave. She shows no consideration! My experiences with her have been short and I am quick to understand closing time. Today however, her behavior was cruel. Because it was pouring rain outside I was putting all my belongings in my bag so they don't get wet. She hovered over me until she could rush me plus other members who are waiting for rides out into the pouring rain. She stood at the OPEN door staring at me waiting for my ride to pull up to the front of the building. kid you not by the time I got into the car and open this yelp app it was 10:05 pm. I completely understand there is a closing time but this behavior towards members is simply unacceptable and cruel. I hope by writing this it can help the fit nation team provide better customer service to its members :)
