I have just joined J.K. Lee's academy after a 7 year "break" from TKD. Master Lee has been great in giving advice on how to train, recover, and diet to get back and surpass my former black belt experience. I would also like to add the fact that he did honor my black belt from ITF TKD in Puerto Rico, that made me very happy. Master Lee is a great teacher I have to say I loved the way he teaches little kids, how he gives them life tips, teaches them self-confidence, and an anti-bulling attitude. Our family loves J.K. Lee Brookfield! Our two girls started over a year ago when they were just 4 and 6. They absolutely love the instructors, the fun activities they have had the opportunity to participate in, the social events and the friends they've made. I started sending my 3 boys to JK Lee Black Belt Academy a few weeks ago. I see a difference in their attitudes already!!!! I have been going here for five years with my family and I plan on coming back, even after I leave for college. J.K. Lee taekwondo has changed me completely; from the shy girl I used to be, to the confidant young woman I have become because of it. I am a 2nd degree black belt at J. K. Lee black belt academy and have attended classes in 4 of the 5 locations. Each location offers outstanding instructors that are more than qualified to teach Tae Kwon Do to any age from child through seniors. We have been bringing our two older children (ages 7 and 4) here for over a year now. I have been a part of JKLee since my daughter was 9 years old. She is now a black belt and my husband and I also are black belts now. My mother, who is 80 years old, is a green belt. My daughter and her friends started out some where else and did not enjoy being forced to go. One mom found this placed and tried it out. She liked it. So us other moms tried it out. Our daughters now enjoy going and dont have to be forced. They learn so much. I bought a groupon for a month of training at J.K. Lee (Brookfield) for my 5yr old son to try out and he fell in love with Tae Kwon Do. My 6 and 8 year old kids joined JK Lee earlier this year and LOVE it! The instructors are top notch--besides amazing skill, they are absolutely wonderful with the kids.
