I was denied medical treatment due to a billing issue caused entirely by CareSpot's failure to send requested documentation to my insurance company. The insurance clearly stated in writing that they were waiting for medical records from CareSpot that were never provided--yet instead of resolving the issue, the staff insulted me in the lobby and refused to treat me. Despite my long history as a loyal and responsible patient with no unpaid balances, they treated me like I was trying to dodge a bill. This was not just poor customer service--it was a complete disregard for human decency and basic medical ethics.
