My Hygenist is Chris and my Dentist is Dr. Brenny! Dr.Brenny is great and he is always in a good mood and excited about his job. Chris is the absolute best; I feel so comfortable catching up with her about life during my visits, and it's astounding to me that she can remember all the details of our convos 6 months later. That's how you know this business and the team really care about their patients and see them and respect them as real people. Chris also does an amazing job keeping my teeth healthy and clean, and I love my toothbrush pack freebie at the end of every visit. This is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is a pleasure, something I imagine many don't say about the dentist. From check in and the friendly receptionist/admin team, to the hygienists and Dr. Brenney, I've never had a more painless experience at the dentist. The friendliness is a welcome respite from how loaded everything feels (literally) outside and the staff truly seems engaged and interested in your life. Cleanings are a breeze and Dr. Brenney is a true professional and extremely good at what he does. They explain things to me in simple terms and their pricing is very reasonable. Reading the reviews, I see this is a pattern for this dental practice. I came in as a new patient for a routine cleaning since I've just moved to the area. I was really excited to establish care here since it's close to me. I also was happy to have a lady doctor. My insurance is kicking in on February 1 so I wasn't open to any extra services quite yet. I just wanted to establish care, get a good exam and above all, a cleaning! I had made my insurance situation clear when I made the appointment and again with the assisting staff. Also, I didn't actually need more X-rays as I have them from my previous dentist, but they insisted. After all that, the dentist gave me a hard sell on 4 quadrant deep cleaning and a new crown (which I did need), but not on that day ... I didn't want to pay out of pocket given my insurance would be kicking in soon. My dentist was visibly upset that I didn't sign the expensive out-of-pocket treatment plan on the spot. She then spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. Terrible vibe and a waste of time as I have to now schedule an actual cleaning somewhere else. What a disappointment. I think the dentists must have a sales quota. I will be reporting them to the BBB, the city and various licensing associations.

His dentures never fit making it impossible for him to eat regular food. I have talked with the manager of the Brooklyn center office a number of times and she's assured me that reimbursement would occur. It has not and I have called a couple more times, been left on hold for over 11 minutes each time, with the phone then going to voicemail. I have not received a call back even though I've left my details. Quality of care was terrible for my father and follow up with me has also been dishonest and time consuming.
