I should be able to use the drive up if I choose. They never separate the paper money order or count it back. You have to ask for a change receipt. We were short once, I complained, and they said with no receipt, out of luck. I have to send a note in the deposit if I want a receipt for change, if I forget, I guess that gives them my permission to short me. I have been doing banking for my employer for the last 15 years, it has always been an easy part of my routine. We have had Wells Fargo for 1 year, and I now dread going to the bank. All of my supervisors cringe at the thought of going as well.
