After messaging them about it, they said they forgot to schedule the actual appointment (!). Next, they scheduled an appointment for Thursday, when they showed up said they couldn't do the job as they didn't bring enough time and need additional components. Left again, rescheduled to Monday (!). And, lo and behold, no-show again on Monday. After 45 mins, I called their office and they simply said something got in the way and they can't help it. Honestly shockingly bad. Can't rate their actual service as I've never received it, just empty promises.

He told me he could not get to my house until approximately 9:00 pm. He was very professional and even tried to help me for free, when he asked me to text him a picture of the fill valve. Unfortunately, his suggestion didn't work, so I needed him to come in person. When he arrived, he impressed me when he removed his shoes without being asked. I wasn't going to ask him to remove his shoes, as there was a water leak and the floor was just recently mopped. He replaced the fill valve effortlessly.
