I found this wonderful Dental Office after suffering through a sleepless night with a very painful toothache! The only office that was open at 7am a def plus in my book! Took Care of me right away as a walk in and put me at complete ease while taking care of the issue! Clean,warm and inviting, Dr K and his team are amazing! I have dental coverage at some other "dental" practice but I'm gladly going to pay out of pocket to bring my family here! I moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. After some research I decided on this office. The office seemed clean, modern and it was close. I went in for an annual check up and teeth cleaning. What they did not inform me when I called is that for new patients they do not clean the person's teeth on the same day as the check up. Warning sign #1. God knows why, but my guess is so they can charge insurance twice. I get x-rays done and the basic service from the technician and then wait for Dr. Khorram. And wait and wait. Finally he comes in after I have been waiting for 20 minutes (during which time someone could have been cleaning my teeth!!) and after looking at my teeth and the x-rays, he says I have a cavity under a current filling that has failed and if this is not taken care of quickly (within a couple of months) will lead to a root canal! Quote for the work, because it is a deep filling they will have to make a bridge, over $2,000. This just did not seem right. Something about the whole set up seemed fishy to me. I was also upset that I had to take more time off of work to make another appointment (their office hours are horrible) to have my teeth cleaned. Therefore, I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist. Well guess what. I did not have a cavity under my filling. Needless to say I did not go back to Dr. Khorram. Bottom line is that you can not trust this dentist. He is more interested in his pocketbook than the health of your teeth. He is in a position of trust, and takes advantage of this for his own personal gain. Stay away from this dental office at all costs!!! read more

I initially went to the office for a routine check-up. The dentist found three cavities and I asked for a price quote before rescheduling. After only less than a couple of weeks I called to make an appointment for the fillings. Again I asked for a quote and was given the same price as the first time. Since the office was clean and the support staff was friendly I decided to just take care of it as soon as possible and go. The experience itself was normal but when I left I noticed they charged me a significant amount more than I was told. I normally would have caught it right away but I was hurried and a little disoriented from the procedure. I called that same day to inquire and I was told they would call me back the next day. When they did not I called back and they initially told me that the dental assistant told the receptionist at check-out in front me that it would be more. I'm unsure if this occurred but I did not hear it and it was never addressed with me. I told the receptionist over the phone that it was unfair to have not told me prior to completing the work because I would have held off on doing all three at the same time. She then put me on hold and when she returned she said the dentist had told me in the office. This was untrue and it left me feeling really dissatisfied and taken- advantage of. It is one thing to raise the price it's another to do so with-out informing the patient and it's not acceptable to then tell the inquiring patient that they were informed when they were not. I also felt pressurized to make future apts immediately, more so then other doctors/dentists offices and now I think I know why. read more
