We drove all the way back to the store hoping they would replace it or at least work with us to find a solution. Instead, the employee immediately said it was our fault and wanted to charge us again for both the replacement balloon and the helium. There was no empathy, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. I left feeling like my concerns didn't matter at all. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the two female employees began speaking to each other in Spanish while I was standing there. Since I don't speak Spanish, I had no idea what they were saying. They had both spoken English to me before, so it felt unprofessional and disrespectful to switch to a language I couldn't understand while discussing my situation. Good customer service is about standing behind your products, communicating openly, and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I left feeling blamed for a defective balloon instead of being helped. Because of the poor customer service, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.
