A Mistake I Will NEVER Make Again…read more This morning after dropping off my kids at school, I hopped online to see if there was any JellyCat Authorized Retailers in the area as both my girls expressed wanting a certain one for Valentines Day. Luckily, there was one close and it was currently open. I walked in to Paper Annex, there was one gentleman at the counter, I saw where the JellyCats were located, they didn't have any Valentines Day ones out so I asked, (Who I believe is the owner Scott) "Do you have any of the Valentines Day JellyCats available?" He replied "Oh, yes we have them, we have had for some time but, we are not putting them out yet though" I thought to myself (seems odd to not put them out to SELL THEM) but whatever. So I asked. "When are you putting them out" In comes from the back and older blonde lady, who I am assuming is his wife Colleen & she says, "we are not putting them out til the 15th" I Replied, "Oh Weird, I thought it was the 13th as I had seen at some others shops that are not in the area posting about them" She replied, super snotty and said, "well, we are not putting them out til the 15th, people come in and buy them all up and re sell them" (she acted as if she thought I was trying to do that, based on the fact maybe, I'm a husky dude with tattoos and doesn't look like a Jelly Cat collector) "I Replied I thought online that they were out now" She told me "Well, we are putting them out on the 15th" I said ok Left this store and will NEVER return. I am not reseller I am a single, widowed dad of two girls that was trying to get a jump on getting their valentines day gifts early. I ordered a Designer's Choice arrangement again, and the quality and design were really nice. They do a great job putting together something that feels thoughtful and well-styled. There was a small hiccup with delivery this time. The driver left the arrangement outside of our gate instead of walking it down the alley to our front door, so I didn't initially know where the flowers were. I had to call the shop, and they sent someone back out. The flowers sat outside for a bit, which was stressful, but they handled it once I called. The only real feedback I have is around value. Compared to the first arrangement I ordered a couple months ago (for my wife's birthday), this one felt noticeably smaller. It may have been because it was right before Valentine's Day -- I understand that prices and availability can shift during holidays -- but for close to $200 including delivery and tip, I did expect a little more volume. That said, I will still be coming back. On a previous order, there were quality issues and they completely corrected it by sending a new arrangement, which I genuinely appreciated. They've earned my trust as a company that stands behind their work. Beautiful flowers, solid customer service -- I just hope future arrangements feel a little more substantial for the price.

I didn't need too many balloons for a bag of 25 for each color was sufficient for 2 columns. I walked in with 4 colors in mind: midnight blue, rose gold, tropical teal, and Caribbean blue. They were all available and easy to find! With the recent balloon shortages rose gold is sold out at most places. I was glad to be able to find it! The gentleman who was assisting me was super helpful and courteous! I believe he was the owner. He explained the different brands, quality, and his recommendations. I am so happy that my wedding planner referred this vendor to me because Nariza was so great to work with! I had a bad experience with an online retailer for my save the date cards and so it was important for me to find a local vendor that I could work closely with on designing my wedding paper goods. Nariza was very professional and responsive. I was able to meet with her in person for a consultation and was impressed with her portfolio. I really felt as though she wanted to make the best product for each client and that showed through her work. I used Love by Three Concepts for my wedding invitations, favor thank you cards, programs and escort cards. At the consultation Nariza took note of my design ideas and color scheme and sent us a mock up design by email shortly after our first meeting. Communications were mostly through email which I was initially worried about but it was very easy and if there was something more urgent or too complicated to discuss over email I could always call and Nariza was always good about calling me back. Nariza was always accommodating when it came to fixing or changing little details and I really appreciated that. She also helped create our wedding logo that I had in mind and I was really happy with the results and it turned out so well, we used our logo on our dance floor, favors and our photo booth print out design.
