The person in charge of the store is extremely rude. Came in for 2 piñatas and ended up leaving with nothing because of how rude the lady there was. There was also a cashier that kept apologizing for the way the other lady was talking. I believe the rude lady's name is Lily. Definitely won't be coming back read more

Horrible, I just left and the attitude from The cashier was horrible, sadly because it's not the first time I buy from this store but after today they lost a customer. I asked for ballon colors she have me an attitude saying the colors are in the tank, I selected the colors and payed then she goes and proceeds to tell me that the balloons won't last until tomorrow, I told her I would only take the # number she then asked for the receipt I had just paid, I'm sure she over charge me. Tons of things to get ready for parties. They have tons of themes, custom piñatas, aisles of candy to choose from, a variety of party supplies!!! They also blow up balloons. I just wish they had more items to improvise with or create your own ideas. Like yard signs or neutral themes to mix and match. read more

I was looking for a Piñata and sure enough this location came up. It's hard to find a piñata store in corona so this location was just perfect. Located in lake Elsinore this place has almost all your party needs from balloons, to table covers, candy, centerpiece and probably much more. There is no need to drive all the way to DTLA. When I called I asked her for a specific piñata but they didn't have it as it was limited but instead she was able to improvise and get me what I needed on a different liking piñata. So if they don't have what you want she will make it work. Sorry I didn't get her name but customer service was GREAT! She even sent me pictures of what I was looking for before driving all the way down there. So glad she wasn't looking to waste anyone's time and gas! I was really pleased with this spot. I was in need of a piñata for my daughter's birthday and it was the first time I'd ever purchased one. The girl that works there (didn't catch her name), was super helpful and attentive. I can't say whether their prices are standard or not because I only went to one other place up the street. I paid $12 for one of their smaller star ones, and it was nice. It wasn't the most sturdy piñata ever as it busted after 4 kids, but it did have a bag and a half's worth of Costco candy in it so maybe that was it ‍. They sold a rope and stick combo for like $3 or $5 which I thought was super convenient as I didn't have either. They also had yummy Mexican dulces, as well as a bunch of really cute party decorations. The candies are priced pretty well and they have a fairly large selection. I'll be back for my other daughter's next birthday for sure. read more

They sold me expired candy, I called back two days later when I got the chance and had checked the candy and the young lady that answered the phone told me I needed the receipt or else she couldn't take back the candy. Even though I told her I didn't have the receipt but I could take everything I got there just so she could know I got it from there and also she was the one that charged me for the candy I'm sure she could have remembered me but.. she said no receipt so she couldn't help me. The dulcería should check their inventory daily so they don't sell expired candy or if they do the least they can do is give the customer an exchange like candy that's not expired. I found this shop by accident. I was heading to the store next door for Ice Cream but could not resist walking in to this place to check out their stash. The prices on their pinatas is awesome. Some of the candy is a tiny bit more expensive than another shop I had been to, but that shop was in LA. They don't make custom pinatas but what they have on hand is a good assortment. I will definitley be back. read more
