They had the best and most competitive prices of any company that rents and drapes tents. They are a one stop shop, I rented tables , chairs, heat lamps, tables cloths, glitter table clothes , glitter runners, an easel, 20x20 tent draped with lights and a chandelier draped in two colors for around 800 dollars . A family member recommended Royalty Rentals, so I reached out. Brenda answered the same day and was super responsive. I described what I was looking for/imagining and she sent me examples from their website, even suggesting new ideas. They typically don't service La Jolla area, but she got approval to deliver there, and they were still better priced than others in San Diego area. They set up perfectly, even got our arch put together (which was a relief since it was one less thing to do), and broke down at the designated time. Their professionalism and service are top notch. They responded after a few days saying they would drop off Sunday morning and did not provide a time. I asked three times within 12 days and still no response. Called them and still no answer. With lack of response and follow through I cannot trust that they will deliver. I already paid my deposit and everything so I had to cancel them and am rushing to look for a tables/chairs vendor now 5 days before the event. I don't know if they changed ownership or what happened because they were great when I used them for an event a couple years ago. Now they are unresponsive and untrustworthy.
