Zack came out to repair the windshield power shade in my motorhome. He ordered a new motor. came out to install it and it was the wrong motor. Reordered the right one and could not get it working. After many calls to Nathan, Magna Ahade Co. he just walked off the job, left and said there was nothing he could do. I had to call an authorized Newmar service tech out to finishing installing the power shade. The technician discovered Zack had installed it incorrectly, shorting out the power switch and the fuse panel to the motorhome. This cost me $1300.00 for the repair Ashbrooks Mobile RV, Nathan has been contacted along with the invoices stating the damage Zack caused and refused to pay. I would not trust or use them again. read more

Very disappointed with our interactions with this company over the past year! Nathan came out last year and attempted to fix our AC for our trailer. He was responsive at first but could not complete the job prior to our vacation. We got back in touch after our return and he never committed to a time to complete the job nor return my calls. Since we had already paid $200 for the service call I decided to at least give him the opportunity to quote for a replacement. When contacted on yelp I explained what happened before. I was given assurances this wouldn't happen again. When I asked follow up questions their response shared annoyance as they were on vacation. When I finally got ahold on Nathan again, he was too rushed to talk and stated he would call back with a quote but never did! i would not recommend this company:( read more

We had contacted him a couple days prior about three issues in our motor home; a newly installed toilet seat that had to be tightened down, the door on the shower was out of alignment and hard to open/close, and a broken drain plug in the bathroom sink. Nathan arrived in a timely manner, fixed all three issues to our complete satisfaction and his pricing was reasonable and fair. I called this company to get my awning replaced. When I spoke to Nathan he complained how far away he lives and then asked me if I could take measurements of the awning. Basically he didn't want to drive out and take measurements and then have to come out again to install it. He also told me he had 1 helper and he would need one more person. I ended up hiring another gentleman that replaced my awning all by himself. I Don't recommend this company. read more

He attempted to walk us through a fix over the phone but nothing worked. He arrived shortly after our phone call. Unfortunately one of the motors needed to be replaced. Nathan got us set up so we could enjoy our trip. He ordered the part we needed and it would take a day to get it. He kept in contact and let us know when he got the part and would be arriving the following morning to install it. I'm glad I called, we would have went home, but Nathan saved our trip! Nathan saved our entire camping trip last month. While hooking up our trailer we discovered a leak that started to flood the kitchen. It was almost sunset on a Thursday. We contacted the front office of Pechanga to ask if they had a list of mobile repair companies. The list contained about five numbers, we were just about to unhook and go back home when Nathan, who was second to the last on the list (the other three either didn't answer or weren't available) assured us that he could very likely resolve this problem, and that he was just a mile away! Nathan & his crew were "Class 1" in my book! First off, he was the only one to show interest in helping me. I have a suspicion he knew it wasn't going to be an easy job, none the less he pulled out all the stops, beginning from the ground up. After an initial attempt to repair the beast of a basement a/c on the rig, he ended up needing to remove it & repair it off-site. This took a few days and in the interim, he loaned us a portable a/c unit to survive this heat! Who does that? If I could give him ten stars I would! Asked Nathan to put up 3 MaxxAir vent covers on the trailer roof, it took him exactly one hour to do all 3, checked thoroughly that the inside covers were clearing the MaxxAirs. I truly cant recommend this company enough. They get a 10 star review from us. They did an outstanding job for a very fair price. This is a family owned business with a honest father & son team who do the repairs. They replied to my message quickly. Came out an hour earlier than expected. Did the diagnosis of one of our AC units. I ordered a new one and paid the vendor myself. We just paid labor for the removal and installation of our new unit. There is not much that they can't do. This would be my first call for a quote if you want to bid out your job, it that our call. If you want it done by people who truly care about what they are doing then this is one call shopping. Nathan was quick to respond and schedule a date! Once onsite, he was able to patch us back up before a huge rain storm and returned in a timely manner to install a new skylight. He also tackled our black and grey tank leaks, and a faulty valve on our toilet. He was so great we shared his contact to everyone at our campsite.
