My generator was not charging my RV so I made an appointment for TVRV, and my thoughts were oh gosh they will have my vehicle for a couple of weeks.WELL I first took the RV to the location of purchase and they claimed it could be the transfer switch but they don't work on that kind of thing so like I said I'm at TVRV and JR was helping me with checkin and all that, so he says okay let's go out and troubleshoot somethings he found the problem in under 3minutes. I brought my recently purchased 2015 Coachman Prism RV to Temecula Valley RV. I bought it at a different spot and suspected there was a propane leak. original seller told me they checked it and it was fine. We had an unsuspected surprise which required some extensive welding on our Class A Tiffin. All the welds that connected the frame to the chassis had failed or were badly damaged (a manufacturing defect). I contacted Eric at Temecula Valley RV and told him we were full time RV'rs and the extent of the damage. He told us to come in and park our rig at the full hookup sites right next to the service center and they would service the RV the next day. We were so grateful that we found someone who could help us right away. Jr. was our service technician and he too was amazing. Five stars for being Wow'd: 1. Completed the work in a timely manner. 2. Personable and professional 3. Reasonably priced. I made an appointment with Temecula Valley RV to replace my to very heavy and large AGM (CB12-210) batteries on my Sportsmobile van (Class B); as recommended by Ron with Continental Battery Systems of Murrieta. I made the appointment with Al in the Service Department and found him to be professional and helpful. I arrived with the batteries in the back of my van at the opening of their business. Note: one battery takes two adults to lift and load. I was greeted by an employee who was moving coaches around in their very large lot and directed me where I could park. Bill, Service Advisor, was thorough and efficient in processing my request. I waited for the service to be completed, since I had traveled over 20 miles. I took notice that Temecula Valley RV employees were courteous and professional. The facility was clean and had a comfy waiting room. I was kept informed of the work being done. I saw they had many types of RV's for sale. There was an RV supply store in their building which was well stocked and saw some of the best products that anyone could fine (I've been Rv'ing since the early 1990's). The work was completed by late morning and all was explained, as Bill went over the work order and had me check the work completed on my Sportsmobile. Horrible experience. Dishonest and disrespectful. Starts with the owner who retaliates like a bully. Do not leave your property in their care or have any service...run! I would leave a zero if I could. We will NEVER return. This is exactly what we have had to deal with. Your staff crashed into my coach on your property and didn't tell us about it..tried to cover it it up and only order half of the mirror damaged.... Al took 8 weeks to order the wrong blinds and not the correct amount...THEN every time I came in or on the phone I was called babe by Al... Are you kidding me? 4 months when it was to be a max of 3 weeks? Then and only then did I say I have had enough because again the Coach wasn't ready when promised. I had to call my insurance company to get you to replace the entire mirror. The door handle is cracked when the light is turned on now. Your business practice is horrible. My promise? We own a 2022 Newmar Dutch Star and was hit from behind by a kid that said he didn't see us at a stop light. Needless to say he did a great deal of damage to our coach. We had some experience with Travis & Temecula Valley RV in the past for some service work which handled very well. So when we were in the need for a repair shop to fix all of the damage we decided to return and have them do the work. It took nearly 2.5 months to get our coach back mainly due to unavailable parts and during that time Travis stayed in routine contact with me regarding where things were. With the help of Greg I have been able to repair suspension parts and electrical components. They had a couple decorative things. But not many. They have a small remodeling showcase, so they must do quite a bit of that in their repair shop. The owner explained to me he had ONE bad incident where he did not file his TAX EXEMPTION DELIVERY paperwork properly & he got stuck with the bill. He should have made sure all his documentation was in order before delivery. My qualm is that my RV needs repairs and the owner refused to accept my tax exemption (Federal & State Law Exemptions) for tax on parts---which is exempt under law. You would think that with a high concentration of Native Americans in the Temecula area they would want OUR business & treat us as actual patrons of the business & not as NUISANCES! I tried to explain to him about how the process works & he refused to listen, got LOUD, said he did't want to deal with Natives because it was nothing but a hassle & pain, said I was arguing with him & then he hung up. read more

So it was time to get our travel trailer's brakes and bearing maintenance done. I have owned RV travel trailers for 20 years, and I can honestly say I have never found a RV service shop I can feel good about. Most are too busy to care, have really bad reviews, and always gouge you with unexpected costs. Its scary trying to find a reputable service shop wether for your car or RV. All you can do is read the reviews, roll the dice and hope you don't regret your choice. But it looks like I may have found a good one with Temecula Valley RV. TVRV quoted us without trying to up-sale us, got us a great price on high quality tires, and we didn't get the dreaded phone call with the bad news about something they found..., they did what we brought it there for and didn't hit us with any unexpected costs. Scheduling was easy, drop off was easy, and they got everything taken care of when they promised, yea now that's the way it supposed to be. The people there are really nice, feels like family there. AND I love a business who take the time to thank you. About two weeks after our service visit, we got a handwritten thank you card, that alone sets them apart from the others. Had my RV worked on a few years back due to a double blow out that caused a good amount of damage. We took it in to this location for the body work. It damaged the fuel line as well as a great deal of damage to the underside of the RV. I figured the work was shotty once I discovered they never replaced the fuel fill hose and it was leaking like crazy when I started putting gas in it. They said sorry but it was passed warranty. Yeah thats the thing about RV's. You dont ever know until the next season you use it. Anyways, a few years has passed now and doing a complete remodel of the RV and low and behold, I get to see whats under their crappy patch work. They literately just put metal over the damage and never repaired it at all. $3500 for work I could have done myself. Super upset at Bill in Customer Service! I paid over $10,000 to have the inside of my RV repaired. One of the parts that was ordered came in damaged. They re-ordered the part that was part of the original job and now Bill is trying to charge me over $250 for shipping. This is a piece of plastic that weighs less than 2 pounds. Bill said the owner would tell me that I would be stuck with these freight charges. It's not my fault the original parts came in damaged and Temecula Valley RV had to pay $250 more to have a second part shipped out. Shame on Temecula Valley RV and shame on Bill. Bill is not a man of his word. He told me to come back and the Part would be completely free and snap it all together. I get there to pick up the part and now he wants to charge me over $250 for shipping. Freaking ridiculous Update "Rhonda the business owner" is messaging me asking why I did not speak with the owner. That option was not given to me by Bill. And Bill said the owner would stand behind what he said 99% of the time. Bill told me the part and install would be completely free and then decided to charge me $250 for freight. He never once mentioned freight costs. It's not about the money. It's about bad communication. Temecula Valley RV can not surprise somebody with a $250 bill when you are expecting everything for free. It's not my fault the first part came in damaged. There are so many LIES in her attempt to make it look like I am the bad guy!! At the end I will attach photos and pictures do not lie. I did call him back and left a message around 10 am on Monday. I have NEVER SEEN YOU, MET YOU, OR TALKED TO YOU AND YOU ARE SO MISINFORMED!! Nobody was belittled he is a grown man come on for crying out loud. It is a total LIE her impression of my MH pictures will tell. It is oxidized because of the heat in SoCal and it is scheduled for another detail, it was done last year in Palm Springs. Another LIE to the front cap was repaired not replaced the grill was replaced the rest was bodywork. I googled TVRV and found NOWHERE you are rated number 1 in sales, service, or repair. As a matter of fact, Leisure Coaches was rated number one in the state of California. Maybe post your site that states that?? In regards to the windshield over 2 months of waiting, my insurance check was made out to you which makes you the contractor. The glass installer is the subcontractor!! THE WINDSHIELD WAS DEFECTIVE AND CRACKED NO ROCK OR FOREIGN OBJECTS HIT THE WINDSHIELD. Your analogy is incorrect about the amount with the windshield it was over 38k not 33k. If TVRV had checked the electrical sources for the coach the breaker would have been detected as tripped you did not!! I am sure you know where the breakers are in your everyday car. Not my job to check or troubleshoot which is why I brought it to TVRV which turned out to be a big mistake. Talked to Eric yesterday and the caulking for the flares wasn't done professionally it looks like the caulking was spread with a bat, As I had stated yesterday they WERE part of the repair!! I noticed orange peel where you sprayed the Gelcoat which means it wasn't cut and buffed correctly, if it was the orange peel would not exist. As a past owner of show cars, I do know that to be a fact!! No worries to right a wrong I will get it corrected and buffed accordingly. I will never get propane there again. There price is reasonable but makes you pay for a minimum of 5 gallon no matter how much you actually get. I been self employed most of my life and had to pay employee. I always was customer minded. If you lose money on a product you get rid of it and don't make your customer pay for it. If you do this on the propane I guessing you do the same on all your services. I am retired now and travel in my RV a lot and will make sure all my friends hear about how you run your business. read more

Within a week, they put on a new ladder, rear signal cluster, fixed the toilet motor, the step motor, serviced the engine, replaced the awning, fixed a charging issue, and repaired some body work I needed done. It took a day longer than expected, but once we picked it up, it all worked perfectly. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with... Greg in Parts, the cashiers. But Diane really came through on Saturday by staying late and trying to get us out the door, but the awning wouldn't not cooperate. So we got out rig on Monday about noon.
