Worst service imaginable. I dropped our coach of for a couple warranty items. Coach sat at the yard for 2 months. We had a trip wich we told them we had the parts still hadn't come in. So we took the coach and went on our trip telling them we would bring g at back the following g Saturday! They said they would not back until the parts came in. We live 50 miles from the service center. When we asked for a manager the manager refused to talk to us! The professionalism and service here is undeniably the worst I've ever experienced! It was our incredible misfortune to take our 2019 Winnebago 35' Adventurer into "Giant RV service" in Wildomar. After calling and making an appointment, we brought it in for the scheduled time and were told it would be 7-10 more days before it would be in the "queue" to be serviced. Why make the appointment at all? Remember, this is about 70 miles from our home, but it is where the previous owners took it to after they bought it new. We took it in for a Washer/Dryer Combo to be repaired, under the extended warranty. Long story short, they had it for almost 3 weeks, did fix a clog in the machine, calling us to say it was done. Problems: 1. they used our clean water hose to flush out the black water tank and then used the black water hose to flush out the fresh tank, causing the need for us to have to completely sterilize the fresh tank and water lines. No attempt was made to contact us and ask for our advice on which hose went to which tank. 2. We had a large chip in our windshield, from a rock-throwing truck which could not be repaired. I asked them for a quote to replace the windshield, which they did not provide until I asked for it the 3rd time. Meanwhile, they went up on the roof, to "inspect the roof" which was completely unasked for, and while they were on the very front of the roof, they put pressure on the windshield, causing it to create a huge "spiderweb of cracking," necessitating the need for a complete replacement immediately. We have submitted it to our insurance company, and are waiting for the installation of the new one. 3. I contacted the Service manager, if that's what you can call him, and expressed our total unhappiness with the entire procedure via email, and was not even given the consideration of a phone call. Very unprofessional, although I have to think he probably receives several complaints regularly and is probably tired of dealing with them. Run, do not walk, away from this business. There are, we have since found out, many numerous mobile companies that do receive high praise from their customers, and we will be using them in the future. And, just to add insult to injury, I was quoted $325 for the repairs, and when we got there to pick it up, the bill was $400. I was so disgusted, I paid it and we got the Hell out of there. Giant RV? We had our Jayco trailer in for some damage repair. They recommended replacing the rear door so we did. We never would've anticipated that the fine repair technicians at Giant RV could screw up a complete door replacement but, here we are. They didn't install/align the door so it opens or closes smoothly and the lock mechanism is not aligned to the door frame such that the security bolt works! They took forever to get the work done and left trash inside the trailer. (Like someone stopped working, ate lunch and never came back to finish). Always test your repair at the service location before accepting it as complete. I wouldn't let them work on a skateboard. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE!!! I am very saddened by the experience I had with Giant RV repair in Wildomar. First off, the communication was absolutely horrible. They would just blow me off and say "we will call next week". They hardly ever returned my calls. It was very frustrating, and I never knew what was happening with my RV. I brought my motorhome in to get about 8 things fixed, nothing too major. They had it for ALMOST TWO MONTHS and all the repairs still aren't even done. I also feel like they rip their customers off. I was initially quoted $1,670 for all repairs if I had to pay out of pocket. I purchased an extended warranty/service contract, and thought most things would be covered. By the time I picked it up, I had to pay $3,100 on top of the $1,600 that my service contact covered. I never authorized these repairs to be done, and if I knew it would cost so much I wouldn't have brought it there in the first place. I even had to pay for a new refrigerator door that they never even received, and won't be here for another 50 days. I told them to just cancel it, but they made me pay for everything in order for them to give me my RV back. This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I am generally not the complaining type, but this is above and beyond. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and also possibly taking them to small claims court to recover some of my money. Stay away from Giant RV! read more

Don't go here!!! Called and made an appointment, which was a month out, for warranty work to be done on 2023 Winnebago. Dropped off the RV (hour and a half drive) as scheduled with zero communication as to how long it would take. After four days I called and got William the service manager on the phone and he basically said it could take weeks and that I was in the queue! He took zero ownership for the lack of communication and said that if I needed it I should just come pick it up! He never tried to remedy anything. Just really didn't give a crap about my situation. Just had a chat with Giant RV dealership's service department on how they work. Even though I have a mobile tech's diagnosis that the schwintech slide gear is stripped in my 2 month old trailer the process is: 1. Bring the trailer in to service on appt date 8 weeks from call for service. 2. Service dept confirms problem, 3. Warranty claim is made to manufacturer which takes an unknown amount of time but could be a month or so. 4. Warranty work approved, so parts ordered. Parts have taken up to 4 months to arrive. 5. Install parts. So I could be without my now 2 month old trailer for 3 to 7 months. Also, if you have a insurance company-approved technician's diagnosis of problem why can't the warranty claim be submitted NOW rather than 2 months from now along with a parts order? Why is the RV industry so broken? I REALLY regret buying a trailer at this point. Response to comment below: I have an end of January appointment that I made in early December which I was told was the soonest available. I don't need more discussion. I understand the repair timeline is unpredictable based on parts timing. I've just documented what I was told in the initial call for service, which I later discussed with you when you told me I was on your white board & would be contacted if an appointment cancellation occurred. No call so far, so I assume no cancellations. this service department doesn't deserve the 1 star on this review. unfortunately, i cannot give zero stars or a negative stars! this service department is the worse ever. they perform repairs without authorization. the service advisor josh tells you that he is by himself is the reason why he doesn't communicate about our trailer in their shop. pretty much we are not important and have no value because we are getting warranty work performed that is why he has not called us since we dropped off our trailer on 3/17/2025. i had to call to get an update. do not use this service department. read more

I just want to start out by saying that more people need to take the time to give positive reviews when they have a positive experience far too many people spend their time expressing their negative feelings. That said I gotta tell you that my entire experience here at Giant RV has been absolutely stellar. It's a modest building in a modest area but it houses so many parts and accessories for your rv that you can come back 2 or 3 times and still see more. The staff here is very friendly very informative and incredibly helpful. I've been to this location twice and both experiences I have dealt with Carlos and Carlos is absolutely awesome and helpful. I had to do an exchange and I couldn't for the life of me find my receipt which is very much unlike me. Without questions Carlos said no problem I remember you being in here we can take care of it. Now I don't expect that he will be able to do that every time for me and certainly not for every customer but that level of service is so much appreciated on my part. I Purchased a new Class A motor home in 2020 from Giant RV in Murrieta and I know first hand there can be a disconnect between the Sales and Service Departments. I'm new to RVing so I don't know what the normal wait times are for repairs here or elsewhere but Most all my repairs were completed in around a months time and to my satisfaction. Ray is the Service Writer I deal with and he's been Great in dealing with all my warranty repair items. I have a new Class A, 2018 Newmar, 29' Baystar Sport that didn't come with a AC in the bedroom area. The 1 factory installed AC could not keep up with the high desert temps. So we went looking for a RV specialist that could install one. After months of trying we gave up. Everyone who looked at the work were afraid to cut into the roof and ceiling headliner. My close friend told me about this Service guy 'Ray' at Giant RV Service Center who says "He hasn't met an RV yet that he couldn't put an AC in." So I Called and was very reassured that this work could be done. Now, I live in San Diego (60 miles away), so I was a bit nervous. I brought my new coach in on a Monday, and it was completed on Friday the same week. Oh... And here's the best part, I had a LP gas quick disconnect installed on the outside for my BBQ too. I want to give a huge shout out to Ray Ybarra Service Advisor. He over heard me asking for a fuel pump for our generator which had stopped working. My husband was troubleshooting and sent me for the pump. Ray's advice that it most likely was the carburetor saved us time and money! He didn't have to get involved at all, but chose to take his job seriously and use his expertise to help customers that were not even his own! Also, Carlos Garcia in parts was super courteous and has gone above and beyond to help us find some other parts for our 2001 Class C. Both gentlemen were superb to work with, offering professionalism and courteous manners on both my visits. We will be visiting Giant RV for any future parts, service and sales! my wife and I bought a brand new tow behind toy hauler in December and on our first camping trip a number of items needed to be looked at and repaired All of this was in our warranty so I scheduled a service appointment to get the repairs done My appointment was for 9 AM, but I arrived a little after 7 AM and had every intention of waiting until my appointment outside of the service yard, but one of the yard guys wave me in and direct me where to park my trailer Since I was early, I asked the yard guy if it would be OK if I drop my trailer and go get something to eat for breakfast while I waited for my appointment and he said yes, so I went. As I'm sitting down to eat, I get this call from my service representative, berating me for dropping off my trailer early with a couple of F words thrown in the mix and he told me I need to come get my trailer right now, that is unacceptable that I just drop it and leave and I have 15 minutes to be back Apparently, he also called my wife with the same abusive attitude, telling her that I was F**king irresponsible, and he didn't appreciate what I F**king had done and again reiterated that I need to come get the trailer within 15 minutes So I left breakfast and went back to pick up my trailer and have a little chitchat. Between the time he called me every time I showed up at the service dealership he had apparently gotten the full story from his yard guys. It was all apologetic. At the time I decide to let it go because all I really wanted it was for my trailer be repaired, but fast forward four weeks later and my wife gets a call saying that the parts aren't in yet, so we need to come get our trailer and one of the parts arrive. I can come pick them up and install them myself. Not only would I not recommend it Jan RV for purchase, but I'd absolutely not recommend their service department. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Giant RV Wildomar is the worst! Understaffed and under-skilled. As new owners we took our RV in to get an initial inspection and to address a few concerns we had about standing water in the water valve compartment, jack calibration etc... Well, No water leak was found and Will told us that the shower just need to be resealed and at his recommendation we added a stabilizer and paid to have our roof resealed only to get an our stabilizing spring installed incorrectly and a roof leak?! Months after having the RV in the shop to have some body work done (which was also done terribly) the "non existent water leak got worse" which turned out to be a water leak coming from the water tank!!!! Yes, tried calling over a week ago and getting a hold of the service manager before writing this review but still haven't heard back from John. DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV here UNLES you'd like to pay someone else to fix Giant RV's shoddy (at best) work. read more

Facials expressions and body movement/ lauguage shows a lot of how you treat your customers.We are 4 month into our brand new 2021 Heartland RV.We went there 3 times and my issues are still not handle.Our major concern is the propane tank regulator and hoses are leaking freon. I feel it's a dangerous to us and our fellow campers, Yet they sit there in their comfort zone (behind the desk) and give you attitude and not take it seriously. Why don't they have mobile service? Why don't they look to the customer like we are important to their business,? 50 thousand dollars later, it's not petty cash to retired folks. I won't buy my next RV from this company ever, and wouldn't recommend anyone at all. Bad taste. I'm a believer that Word of mouth is the best advertisment and I don't have it for their RV sales nor service and parts department . So instead of going in again and being treated like we're an inconvenience to their day. We will be handling our issues our selves. I had Giant install Dish system on RV. The satellite is on top of RV. This was installed in Oct. I was going full time in Nov.. I stalled leaving at request of matt scott. So I did not use system until (tried) 3 weeks ago. Tho previously tried working in RV as an office and tried to turn on local channels. Nothing worked. I thought not much of it and did my work. Now I'm out full timing. I've had no tv to work, no dish to work. Have spent now four hours on phone with dish. They all hv said it's the install. I contacted Giant two weeks ago. Will wanted me to ask for him. I called yesterday, insured of return call to no avail. I called again today and he was gone. Assured another phone call on Friday (tomorrow) which means I will spend my weekend in this same situation. I'm going to a hotel. This is absurd. They can reimburse me for that. I hv requested a refund on dish. After speaking with others. It seems Giant will screw up your wiring in RV. So your regular system installed by RV manufacturer won't work. None of my #winnebago stuff works. Dish or Winnebago. It has failed. Dish has offered many apologies as it said it is installers doing. Now my new RV wiring system is messed up. I guess I could drive to Ohio where Winnebago is made so they can tell me exactly what is wrong with my video/TV wiring system. Seems it's the only way to get a straight answer. Even tho dish has been so apologetic and refers me to camping world over and over again. I want a refund on dish, bottom line. I was told tonight I need to get on roof where satellite is and make sure it is pointing north. I'm 110 pounds. I could do it. To whose liability? Also heard that if wires hv been split installing, they made mistake and shouldn't do. How do I insure they didn't do this? I will not leave my RV if they ask me too. I want to see exactly what they are doing to my wiring. So here I go. No entertainment, no local channels on a venture. It's been 3 weeks I"m a down time with no sound, no nothing. First few weeks ok, but it's old. I should never have had to put up with such lousy installation and now service. Secondly, I had them install a blue ox on my Jeep I had just bought. I'm having issues with noise and rattling, lights coming on. Don't want to start on that. I hv to take to Jeep to see what the heck they did. My advice. Have them install nothing! EVER. Just buy somewhere else. Get manufacturer to install what's needed. This has been undo stress to someone going thru oncology (why I'm traveling) and stage 4 kidney failure. Purchased my toyhauler at Giant RV in Colton and had some items, oven vent, tv antenna, heater did work, ext.., fall off and not work on it as i made my first trip. Took it back to have the items replaced or fixed to which Giant RV in Colton service department didn't really fix a thing. They put a vent on but didn't fix the issue, told me my heater was fixed but it was not, and installed half of my tv antenna of which i upgraded. I called to schedule another appointment to have it fixed and they said that they would not be able to get me in until after my year was up and that there would be a charge to fix the items that they didn't fix the first time. I left there and will not return. I then went to the Giant RV parts and service in Wildomar where Ron and Richard did everything that they could do to make it right. Great sales experience relatively painless and rather quick. That being said, be very cautious of taking delivery and I would highly recommend you do not take possession from Giant RV until everything is 100% fixed. I literally mean 100% any promises made by the sales staff will absolutely not be met or maintained by the service staff. I have bought other RVs at Mike Thompson's RV and the service experience there is vastly different and improved. My future purchases will be from them for sure.We are now in our 11th month since purchase and I was assured they ordered the replacement parts before we ever picked it up. Needless to say they have only some. I went to visit them two separate times prior to our 30 day wait just to get Service to verify they had all the parts and they said they had them and whatever they did not have they would take from another RV to make mine right. Anyone that has ever bought an RV knows there are difficulties to be faced and fixed but this is by far the most excessive I have ever experienced post purchase.
